सं॰ 3-ए-5-से॰नि॰-10/2008(अंश)-11244(वि0)—भारत संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार-राज्यपाल एतद् द्वारा बिहार सेवा संहिता, 1952 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन तुरत के प्रभाव से करते हैंः—

बिहार सेवा संहिता के नियम-73 के उप-नियम (1) के विद्यमान परन्तुकों के बाद निम्नलिखित एक नया परन्तुक जोड़ा जायेगाः-
"परन्तु और भी कि राजकीय फार्मेसी संस्थान, अगमकुआँ, पटना के शिक्षकों की सेवा निवृत्ति की तिथि वह तिथि होगी जिस तिथि को वह 65 वर्ष की आयु पूरी कर लेते हैं किन्तु यदि किसी माह की पहली तिथि को उनकी जन्मतिथि है, तो वे उसके ठीक पहले के माह की अंतिम तिथि के अपराह्म में सेवा निवृत्त होंगे ।"
बिहार के राज्यपाल के आदेश से,
संजीव हंस, 2 (cid:18)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 31 अ+तूबर 2013 The 31st October 2013 No. 3-A-5-S.R.-10/2008(part) 11244(F)—In exercise of powers conferred by proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, Governor of Bihar hereby makes the following amendment in Bihar Service Code, 1952 with immediate effect:-

The following new proviso shall be added after the exiting provisos to sub rule (1) of Rule 73 of Bihar Service Code:-
"Provided also that the date of retirement of the Teachers of Government Pharmacy Institute, Agamkuan, Patna shall be the date on which he attains the age of 65 Years, but if his date of birth is the first day of a month, then he will retire in the afternoon of the last day of the previous month.
