सं0 प्र-2/बोर्ड पुर्न0 सं0-31/2008-32—उर्जा विभाग, बिहार सरकार, अपनी पूर्व की अधिसूचना संख्या प्र0-2/बोर्ड पुर्न0 सं0-31/2008-06 दिनांक 22.03.2013 में निम्न संशोधन अधिसूचित करती है :-
1. कंडिका 4 (घ ) (ख) के स्थान पर निम्न कंडिका स्थानापन्न की जाती है :-
"4(घ) (ख) - निदेशक ( वित्त ) के लिए न्यूनतम अनुभव दस (10) वर्षो की होगी।
2. कंडिका 4(ड.) (ख) के स्थान पर निम्न कंडिका स्थानापन्न की जाती है :-
"4(ड.) (ख) - निदेशक (मानव संसाधन ) के लिए न्यूनतम अनुभव पन्द्रह (15) वर्षो की होगी।"
3. कंडिका 13(ब) (i) के स्थान पर निम्न कंडिका स्थानापन्न की जाती है :-
"13(ब) (i) - भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा/केंद्रीय सेवा ग्रुप- "ए" /भारतीय अभियांत्रिक सेवा के उम्मीदवारों को वही वेतनादि देय होगा जो उन्हें अपने कैडर/पैतृक संस्थान में कार्यरत रहते हुए प्राप्त होता था। इस प्रकार, जबतक कि वे अपने कैडर/पैतृक संस्थान के नियमानुसार उक्त वेतनादि के पात्र नहीं होंगे तबतक उन्हें बिहार राज्य विद्युत बोर्ड की पुनर्गठित नई पाँच कम्पनियों में अध्यक्ष-सह-प्रबंध निदेशक, प्रबंध निदेशकों एवं निदेशकों के लिए उक्त अधिसूचना की कंडिका 13 (अ) में निर्धारित वेतनादि देय नहीं होगा परन्तु पैतृक संवर्ग से प्राप्त वेतन भत्ते एवं अनुमान्य प्रतिनियुक्ति भत्ता के लिए वे पात्र होंगे"
4. "कंडिका 13(ब) (ii) के स्थान पर निम्न कंडिका स्थानापन्न की जाती है :-
"13(ब) (ii) - पी0एस0यू0 के उम्मीदवार अपने पैतृक संस्था का वेतनमान एवं प्रतिनियुक्ति भत्ता प्राप्त करेंगे।" आदेषः- आदेष दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प को बिहार राजपत्र के असाधारण अंक में सर्वसाधारण की जानकारी हेतु प्रकाषित किया जाए। 2 (cid:18)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 18 +दस-बर 2013 The 13th December 2013 No. प्र0-2/बोर्ड पुर्न0 सं0-31/2008-32—Energy Department, Government of Bihar, notifies following amendment in its previous Notification no. प्र0-2/बोर्ड पुर्न0-सं0-31/2008/06 दिनांक 22.03.2013.
1. For Clause 4 (D) (b), following Clause shall be substituted, namely :- "4 (D) (b) - For the post of Director (Finance) required minimum experience shall be of Ten (10) years."
2. For Clause 4 (E) (c), following Clause shall be substituted, namely :- "4 (E) (c) - For the post of Director (Human Resource) minimum experience shall be of Fifteen (15) years."
3. For Clause 13(b) (i), following Clause shall be substituted, namely :- "13(b) (i) - Candidates from IAS/ Central Services" Group "A"/ IES will draw the salary payable in their Cadre / Parent Organization. In this way, the pay given for CMD, MD and Whole Time Directors of five Successor Companies of erstwhile BSEB, in Para - 13 (a) of the notification, shall not be payable to candidates from IAS/ Central Services" Group "A"/ IES, unless they are eligible for it in their Cadre/Parent Organization. But they will be eligible for pay allowances and deputation allowances payable in their parent cadre. " 4. For Clause 13(b) (ii), following Clause shall be substituted, namely :- "13(b) (ii)- Candidates from PSUs will draw the salary payable in their Parent Organization and deputation allowances. ORDER:—Ordered that this notification be published in Bihar Gazette Extraordinary issue for information to general public.
