सं0 4/उत्पाद/छोआ-16/2011/7806Ñबिहार छोआ (नियंत्रण) अधिनियम 1947, (बिहार अधिनियम-VI, 1947) की धारा-13 द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल बिहार छोआ (नियंत्रण) नियमावली, 1955 में निम्नलिखित संषोधन करते हैं :-
बिहार छोआ (नियंत्रण) नियमावली, 1955 के नियम 3 (फ) के बाद नया नियम फ (1) निम्नलिखित रूप में अंतस्र्थापित किया जाएगा यथा : ''फ (1)ः बिहार राज्य में स्थापित सभी चीनी मिलों से छोआ के सम्पूर्ण उत्पादित मात्रा की सूचना प्रपत्र-एम0एफ0-3 में प्राप्त होने पर छोआ नियंत्रक छोआ के कुल उत्पादन की गणना करेंगे। राज्य के सभी चीनी मिलों में कुल छोआ उत्पादन का 5 प्रतिषत शुष्क इथनॉल के उत्पादन के निमिा सुरक्षित रखा जाएगा।
यदि राज्य में छोआ का उत्पादन आसवनी की आवष्यकता से अधिक होगा तो राज्य के सभी चीनी मिलों में कुल उत्पादित छोआ का 10 प्रतिषत तक राज्य में शुष्क इथेलॉल बनाने वाली इकाइयों/ आसवननियों को छोआ नियंत्रक द्वारा आवंटित किया जा सकेगा।''

सं0 4/उत्पाद/छोआ-16/2011/7806 का निम्नलिखित अग्रेजी अनुवाद बिहार-राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जता है, जिसे भारत-संविधान के अनुच्छेद-348 के खंड-3 के अधीन उक्त नियमावली का अंग्रेजी भाषा में प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा। 2 (cid:18)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 23 +दसम ्बर 2013 The 20th December 2013 No. 4/Excise/Molasses-16/2011/7806—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 13 of The Bihar Molasses (Control) Act, 1947 (Bihar Act-VI of 1947) The Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendment in The Bihar Molasses (Control) Rules, 1955.
In The Bihar Molasses (Control) Rules, 1955 a new Para f(1) be added after Para (f) of Rule 3.
" f (1) After receipt of report in form MF 3 from all the Suger Factories situated in Bihar, the controller of Molasses will calculate the total production of Molasses in each Sugar Factories established in the state.
Out of the total production of the Molasses 5% of the produced Molasses shall be kept reserved for the production of anhydrous ethanol.
If the production of Molasses exceeds in each factory against the requirement of the distilleries runing in the state, then the Controller of Molasses shall allot up to 10% of surplus production to anhydrous ethanol producing units/distilleries runing in the state."
The above notification shall come into force with effect from the date of its publication
in Official Gazette.
