The following shall be added after end of the regulation 34:-

"However, the qualification criteria under clause 2.5(D) Domestic Content stipulated in Section 2 of the 'GUIDELINES FOR SELECTION OF SOLAR PV PROJECTS' under JNNSM regarding mandatory provision for use of cells and modules manufactured in India, shall not be applicable for the PV projects not covered under JNNSM."
