2 BIHAR GAZETTE (EXTRA) 1ST JANUARY 2015 (3) These regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Office Gazette.2. Amendment of Regulation 9 (1).—The following provision shall be added to the Regulation 9(1)
"However, in the event of vacancies of Members/Chairperson, even a single Member or Chairperson can conduct proceedings/ meetings and in such a case quorum of proceedings of the commission shall be one." 3. Amendment in regulation 11 (3).—The following provision shall be added to Regulation 11(3) after the end of the para "while conducting suo-motu proceedings, a consultative paper, may also be circulated to facilitate effective participation of the stake-holders and to obtain specific and relevant suggestions and objections from the public."
