3. These Regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Bihar Gazette.

Amendment in clause 10 (4): Staff Consultants:

Clause 10 (4) shall be substituted by the following:-

"10 (4). The staff consultant may be categorized based on the qualification and length of experience and offered consolidated fee ranging rupees thirty five thousand only per month (for a fresh candidate) and rupees sixty thousand only per month (for a candidate having very long experience and expertise).
