एस0ओ0 51 दिनांक 22 फरवरी 2016—न्यूनतम मजदूरी अधिनियम, 1948 की धारा-30 (1) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल बिहार न्यूनतम मजदूरी नियमावली,1951 में संशोधन करने हेतु निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैं :-
1. स्ांक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार एवं प्रारंभ। - (1) यह नियमावली बिहार न्यूनतम मजदूरी (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2016 कही जा सकेगी ।
(2) इसका विस्तार सम्पूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा । (3) यह राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत होगी ।
ßपरंतु कि नियम 21 में प्रावधान के होते हुए भी वैसे मामलों में जहाँ सरकार द्वारा इस प्रयोजनार्थ यथा विहित प्रपत्र में ऑन-लाईन वार्षिक विवरणी दाखिल की जाती हो, वहाँ यह प्रत्येक वर्ष 30 जून तक दाखिल की जा सकेगी :
2 ॢबह(cid:4)र गजट (cid:10)[स(cid:4)ध(cid:4)रण(cid:15)(cid:16) 22 फरवर(cid:15) 2016 18 फरवरी 2016एस0ओ0 52 एस0ओ0 51 दिनांक 22 फरवरी 2016 का अंग्रेेजी भाषा में लिखित अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है, जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद-348 के खण्ड (3) के अधीन अंग्रेजी भाषा में उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा ।

S.O. 51 dated 22nd February 2016— In exercise of powers conferred by section-30 (1) of the Minimum Wages Act,1948, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following Rules to make the amendments in The Bihar Minimum Wages Rule 1951 :-
1. Short title extent and commencement.—(1) These Rules may be called the Bihar Minimum Wages (Amendment) Rules,2016.
(2) It shall extend to the whole state of Bihar. (3) It shall come into force from the date of publication in the official Gazette. 2. Amendment of Rule 21.—- After sub rule (4) of Rule 21 of the said Rules, 1951, the following provisos shall be added :-
"Provided that notwithstanding the provisions contained in Rule 21, in such cases where online Annual Return is filed in such format as may be prescribed by the Government for the purpose, may be filed not later than 30th June of every year :
Provided further that the Government, by order, may devise or notify consolidated forms for maintaining registers and records in lieu of the forms prescribed in these rules :
