एस0ओ0 53 दिनांक 22 फरवरी 2016—मजदूरी भुगतान अधिनियम, 1936 की धारा 26 (2) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल बिहार मजदूरी भुगतान नियमावली, 1937 में संशोधन करने हेतु निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैं :-
1. स्ांक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार एवं प्रारंभ।-(1) यह नियमावली बिहार मजदूरी भुगतान (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2016 कही जा सकेगी ।
(2) इसका विस्तार सम्पूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा । (3) यह तुरंत प्रवृत्त होगी ।
2. नियम 18 का संशोधन।- उक्त नियमावली, 1937 के नियम 18 के बाद निम्नलिखित परंतुक जोड़े जायेंगे।
ßपरंतु नियम 18 में अंतर्विष्ट प्रावधान के होते हुए भी वैसे मामलों जहाँ सरकार द्वारा इस प्रयोजनार्थ यथा विहित प्रपत्र में ऑन-लाईन वार्षिक विवरणी दाखिल की जाती हो, वहाँ यह प्रत्येक वर्ष 30 जून तक दाखिल की जा सकेगी :
2 ॢबह(cid:4)र गजट (cid:10)[स(cid:4)ध(cid:4)रण(cid:15)(cid:16) 22 फरवर(cid:15) 2016 18 फरवरी 2016एस0ओ0 54 एस0ओ0 53 दिनांक 22 फरवरी 2016 का अंग्रेेजी भाषा में लिखित अनुवाद बिहार-राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है, जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद-348 के खण्ड (3) के अधीन अंग्रेजी भाषा में उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा ।

S.O. 53 dated 22nd February 2016— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 26 of the Payment of wages Act 1936 the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendments in the Bihar Payment of Wages Rules, 1937 :-
1. Short title, extent and commencement.— (1) These Rules may be called The Bihar Payment of Wages (Amendment) Rule, 2016.
(2) It shall extend to the whole of the state of Bihar. (3) It shall come into force at once.
2. Amendment of Rule 18.— After rule 18 of the said Rules,1937, the following provisos shall be added :-
"Provided that notwithstanding the provision contained in Rule 18, in such cases where online annual return is filed in such format as may be prescribed by the Government for the purpose, it may be filed not later than 30th june of every year :
Provided further that the Government, by order, may make and notify consolidated forms for maintaining registers and records in lieu of the forms prescribed in these rules:
