एस0ओ0 55 दिनांक 22 फरवरी 2016—अन्तर्राज्यीय प्रवासी कर्मकार (नियोजन विनियमन एवं सेवाशर्त्ते) अधिनियम, 1979 की धारा-35 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल बिहार अन्तर्राज्यीय प्रवासी कर्मकार (नियोजन विनियमन एवं सेवाशर्त्ते) नियमावली,1980 में संशोधन करने हेतु निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैं :-
1. स्ांक्षिप्त नाम विस्तार एवं प्रारंभ I-(1) यह नियमावली बिहार अन्तर्राज्यीय प्रवासी कर्मकार (नियोजन विनियमन एवं सेवाशर्त्ते) संशोधन नियमावली, 2016 कही जा सकेगी।
(2) इसका विस्तार सम्पूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा । (3) यह तुरंत प्रवृत्त होगी।
2. नियम 56 के उप-नियम (2) का संशोधन।- उक्त नियमावली,1980 के नियम 56 के उप-नियम (2) के बाद निम्नलिखित परन्तुक जोड़े जाएंगे :-
"परंतु इस नियम के उप-नियम (1) तथा उप-नियम (2) में अंतर्विष्ट प्रावधान के होते हुए भी वैसे मामलों में, जहाँ सरकार द्वारा इस प्रयोजनार्थ यथाविहित प्रपत्र में ऑनलाईन विवरणी दायर की जाती हो, वहाँ यह प्रत्येक वर्ष 30 जून तक दायर की जा सकेगी :
परंतु और कि सरकार, आदेश द्वारा, इस नियमावली में विहित प्रारूपों के बदले पंजियों तथा अभिलेखों को 2 ॢबह(cid:4)र गजट (cid:10)[स(cid:4)ध(cid:4)रण(cid:15)(cid:16) 22 फरवर(cid:15) 2016 18 फरवरी 2016 एस0ओ0 56 एस0ओ0 55 दिनांक 22 फरवरी 2016 का अंग्रेेजी भाषा में लिखित अनुवाद बिहार-राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है, जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद-348 के खण्ड (3) के अधीन अंग्रेजी भाषा में उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा ।

The 18th February 2016
S.O. 55 dated 22nd February 2016— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 35 of The Inter State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1979 the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following Rules to make amendments in the Bihar Inter State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1980:-
1. Short title, extent and commencement.— (1) These Rules may be called the Bihar Inter State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) (Amendment) Rule, 2016.
(2) It shall extend to the whole of The State of Bihar. (3) It shall come into force at once.
2. Amendment of Rule, 56 . - After Sub-Rule (2) of Rule 56 of the said Rules, 1980, the
following provisos shall be added :-
"Provided that notwithstanding the provisions contained in sub-rule (1) and sub-rule (2) in such cases where online Annual Return is filed in such format as may be prescribed by the Government for the purpose it may be filed not later than 30th june of every year:
Provided further that the Government may, by order, make and notify consolidated forms for maintaining registers and records in lieu of the forms prescribed in these rules:
