जल (प्रदूषण निवारण एवं नियंत्रण) अधिनियम, 1974 (1974 का 6) की धारा-64 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्य सरकार, बिहार राज्य प्रदूषण नियंत्रण 1974 (1974 का 6) की धारा-64 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्य सरकार, बिहार राज्य प्रदूषण नियंत्रण 1974 (1974 का 6) की धारा-64 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्य सरकार, बिहार राज्य प्रदूषण नियंत्रण पर्षद के ijke'kZ से, बिहार राज्य एवं नियंत्रण) (सहमति शुल्क) नियमावली, 1984 (समय-समय पर यथा सं'ाोधित) में निम्नलिखित सं

| (ii) | 25 लाख रूपये से उपर परन्तु 5 करोड़ रूपये के पूँजी fuos'k तक वाली औद्योगिक 25 लाख रूपये से उपर परन्तु 5 करोड़ रूपये के पूँजी तक वाली औद्योगिक इकाई | 35000 |
| (iii) | 5 करोड़ रूपये से उपर परन्तु 10 करोड़ रूपये के पूँजी fuos'k तक वाली औद्योगिक 5 करोड़ रूपये से उपर परन्तु 10 करोड़ रूपये के पूँजी वाली औद्योगिक इकाई | 60000 |
| (iv) | 10 करोड़ रूपये से उपर परन्तु 50 करोड़ रूपये के पूँजी fuos'k तक वाली औद्योगिक इकाई | 90000 |

टिप्पणीः- (1) साारणी में विनिर्दिष्ट औद्योगिक इकाईयों के पूँजी में वैसे सभी पूँजी fuos'k शामिल है जो भूमि, मकान, प्लान्ट और e'khujh जैसे स्थायी आस्तियों में किये गये हों।
(2) ऐसे सहमति आवेदन, जो बिना विहित सहमति 'ाुल्क के दिया गया हो, पर्षद द्वारा ग्रहण नहीं किये जायेंगे। (3) सहमति 'ाुल्क का भुगतान सदस्य सचिव, बिहार राज्य प्रदूषण नियंत्रण पर्षद, पटना के पदनाम से बैंक ड्राफ्ट द्वारा की जायेगी, जो पटना में देय होगी। यह अधिसूचना बिहार सरकार राजपत्र में इसके izdk'ku की तिथि से प्रवृत होगी।

No. Van/Parya-29/1998 -179 (E) /E.&F.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sec.-64 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (No-6 of 1974), the State Government after consultation With the Bihar State Pollution Control Board, hereby makes the following amendments in the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) (Consent fee) Bihar Rules, 1984 (as amended time to time):-

Schedule of Sub Rule (2) of Rule-3 Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) (Consent fee) Bihar Rules, 1984 (as amended time to time) Shall be substituted by the following:-

| (i) | Industrial units having an investment up to 25 Lakhs | 9000 |
| (ii) | Industrial units having an investment more than 25 Lakhs but up to 5 crore | 35000 |
| (iii) | Industrial units having an investment more than 5 crore but up to 10 crore | 60000 |
| (iv) | Industrial units having an investment more than 10 crore but up to 50 crore | 90000 |
| (v) | Industrial units having an investment more than 50 crore | 225000 |
Comments (1) The capital investment of the Industries specified in the schedule includes all investments which are made in fixed assets like land, building, plants and machinery.
3 (cid:24)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 8 [(cid:10)%ल 2016(2) Application for consent, without consent fee, as indicated in the aforesaid schedule shall not be accepted by the Board.
(3) The consent fee shall be paid through Bank Draft drawn in favour of the Member Secretary, Bihar State Pollution Control Board payable at Patna. This notification shall come in to force from the date of its publication in the Bihar Official Gazette.
