एम-4-12/2015-7253/वि॰—भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 283(2) के अधीन प्रदत्त भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 283(2) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्यपाल बिहार वित्त नियमावली के नियम-441(2) के अंतर्गत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्यपाल बिहार वित्त नियमावली के नियम-441(2) के अंतर्गत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्यपाल बिहार वित्त नियमावली के नियम-441(2) के अंतर्गत परिशिष्ट-15(1)(i) के खंड (iक) में संशोधन करने हेतु निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैं :-

(2) इसका विस्तार संपूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा। (3) यह तुरत प्रवृत होगी।

2. वित्त विभागीय अधिसूचना सं॰ 2 ॢबह(cid:4)र गजट (cid:10)[स(cid:4)ध(cid:4)रण(cid:15)(cid:16) 16 (cid:22)सत(cid:24)बर 2016 The 9th September 2016 No. M-4-12/2015-7253/F.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Article 283(2) of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following Rules to amend the Rule-441(2) Appendix-15(1)(i) clause(ia) of the Bihar Financial Rule:-
1. Short title, exlent and commencement.— (1) These may be called The Bihar Financial (Amendment) Rule, 2016.
(2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar. (3) It shall come into force at once.
2. By the finance department notification no 5450/F dated 22-06-2015 the Rule-441(2)
Appendix-15(1)(i) clause(ia) of the Bihar Financial Rules shall be substituted by the following
respectively:-
"(ia) For the construction and development of National Highways in Bihar, the land owned by the State Government shall be provided to The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Govt. of India or the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) on the basis of as is where is free of cost."
