4-12/2015(खंड)-8478/वि॰—भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 283(2) के अधीन प्रदत्त भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 283(2) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्यपाल बिहार वित्त नियमावली, 1950 (समय-समय पर यथा संशोधित) शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्यपाल बिहार वित्त नियमावली, 1950 (समय-समय पर यथा संशोधित) शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्यपाल बिहार वित्त नियमावली, 1950 (समय-समय पर यथा संशोधित) के नियम-30 में संशोधन करने हेतु निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते

संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार और प्रारंभ-

इसका विस्तार संपूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा । यह तुरत प्रवृत होगी ।
