पंकज कुमार बसाक, तत्कालीन अवर निबंधक, उदाकिशुनगंज (मधेपुरा) को गलत जाति प्रमाण- पंकज कुमार बसाक, तत्कालीन अवर निबंधक, उदाकिशुनगंज (मधेपुरा) को गलत जाति प्रमाण-पत्र के आधार पर सरकारी सेवा प्राप्त करने के कारण तत्काल प्रभाव से निलंबित करते हुए विभाग में मुख्यालय निर्धारित किया गया था। सरकारी सेवा प्राप्त करने के कारण तत्काल प्रभाव से निलंबित करते हुए विभाग में मुख्यालय निर्धारित किया गया था। उक्त विभागीय आदेश के विरूद्ध श्री बसाक द्वारा माननीय उच्च न्यायालय, पटना में सी0 डब्लू0 जे0 सी0 उक्त विभागीय आदेश के विरूद्ध श्री बसाक द्वारा माननीय उच्च न्यायालय, पटना में सी0 डब्लू0 जे0 सी0 उक्त विभागीय आदेश के विरूद्ध श्री बसाक द्वारा माननीय उच्च न्यायालय, पटना में सी0 डब्लू0 जे0 सी0 संख्या-10320/2016 दायर किया गया था, जिससें दिनांक 2016 के पारित न्यायादेश का कार्यकारी अंश ायर किया गया था, जिससें दिनांक 28.10.2016 के पारित न्यायादेश का कार्यकारी अंश निम्नवत्‌ है :-

उपरोक्त के आलोक में श्री पंकज कुमार बसाक, अवर निबंधक को तत्काल प्रभाव से निलंबन मुक्त किया जाता है।
