सं॰ 9/विविध-14-13/2016-3295/सा0प्र0—भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद-309 के परन्तुक में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल बिहार सचिवालय लिपिकीय सेवा नियमावली, 2006 का संशोधन करने हेतु निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैंः-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम एवं प्रारम्भ ।- (i) यह नियमावली ''बिहार सचिवालय लिपिकीय सेवा (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2017 '' कही जा सकेगी।
(ii) यह सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग के अधिसूचना संख्या- 5046 दिनांक 11.04.2014 के प्रवृत होने की तिथि अर्थात दिनांक 11.04.2014 से प्रवृत्त होगा।
2. बिहार सचिवालय लिपिकीय सेवा नियमावली, 2006 (समय-समय पर यथा संशोधित) के नियम 7 के उप-नियम (5) का प्रतिस्थापन।- उक्त नियमावली, 2006 के नियम-7 का उप-नियम (5) निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा :-
2 ॢबह(cid:4)र गजट (cid:10)[स(cid:4)ध(cid:4)रण(cid:15)(cid:16) 23 माच(cid:24) 2017 20 मार्च 2017सं॰ 9/विविध-14-13/2016-3296/सा0प्र0/अधिसूचना संख्या9/विविध-14-13/2016-3295. दिनांक 20 मार्च 2017 का निम्नलिखित अंग्रेजी अनुवाद बिहार-राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद् द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है, जो भारत संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अधीन अंग्रेजी भाषा में उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा।

No. 9/vividh-14-13/2016-3295/GAD—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso of the article 309 of the constitution of India, the Governor of Bihar makes the following Rules for the amendment of the Bihar Secretariat Clerical Service Rules 2006:-
1. Short title and commencement.—(i) These Rules may be called "The Bihar Clerical Service (Amendment) Rules, 2017.
(ii) It shall come into force from the date of Notification No-5046 dated 11.04.2014 issued by the General Administration Department that is from 11.04.2014.
2. Substitution of Sub-rule (5) of rule 7 of the Bihar Secretariat Clerical Service Rules, 2006 (as amended time to time).—Sub-rule (5) of rule 7 of the said Rules, 2006 shall be substituted by the following provision:-
" (5) Remaining fifteen percent (15%) posts of authorised strength shall be filled by promotion on the basis of seniority from such Intermediate passed Group 'D' employees, working in the regular establishment of the Secretariat Departments and its attached offices by the concerned appointing authority.
