ॢबह(cid:4)र गजट (cid:10)[स(cid:4)ध(cid:4)रण(cid:15)(cid:16) 30 अग(cid:23)त 2017 3. समिति की बैठक में कम से कम कम छः सदस्यों जिसमें अध्यक्ष एवं सदस्य सचिव की उपस्थिति अनिवार्य होगी ।
4. समिति के कार्य एवं दायित्व वही होंगे जो सरकार एवं बिहार होटल्स लि0, पटना के बीच एकरारनामा में परिभाषित है ।
5. यह आदेश निर्गत की तिथि से प्रभावी होगा ।
आदेशः- आदेश दिया जाता है कि सर्वसाधरण को सूचनार्थ, सरकारी राजपत्र में इस संकल्प को प्रकाशित किया जाय और सभी संबंधित सदस्यों को इसकी एक प्रति दी जाय।

2. Tenure of Committee will be of three years or till its dissolution / reconstitution by government whichever occur first .The committee will be rearranged by the Government time to time in according with the terms of agreements.
3. It will be mandatory to remain present minimum six members including Chairman and Member Secretary in the meeting of the committee.

5. This order will be effective from date of issue.
