सं॰ 11/न॰वि॰(मा॰प्लान)-01/2013-768/न॰वि॰एवंआ॰वि॰—बिहार शहरी आयोजना तथा विकास अधिनियम, 2012 की धारा-11 सह पठित बिहार शहरी आयोजना तथा विकास नियमवाली, 2014 के नियम-11 के द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार सरकार एतद्‌द्वारा राजगीर क्षेत्रीय आयोजना क्षेत्र की महायोजना एवं अन्य विकास योजनाओं की तैयारी, इसके कार्यान्वयन एवं अन्य नियमानुकूल कारवाई के लिए आयोजना प्राधिकार का गठन करती है, जो ßjktxhj {ks=h; vk;kstuk {ks= izkf/kdkjÞ के नाम से जाना जायेगा और यह निम्नलिखित मिलकर गठित होगा : -

(i) प्रमण्डलीय आयुक्त, पटना प्रमंडल, पटना - अध्यक्ष (ii) जिलाधिकारी, नालन्दा, बिहारशरीफ - उपाध्यक्ष (iii) मुख्य नगर निवेशक, नगर तथा क्षेत्रीय निवेशन संगठन या उनका प्रतिनिधि, - सदस्य (iv) नगर आयुक्त, नगर निगम बिहारशरीफ - सदस्य (v) उप विकास आयुक्त, नालन्दा, बिहारशरीफ - सदस्य (vi) अपर समार्हाा (राजस्व), नालन्दा, बिहारशरीफ - सदस्य (vii) सम्बन्धित कार्यपालक अभियंता, पथ निर्माण विभाग, पथ प्रमण्डल, बिहारशरीफ - सदस्य (viii) सम्बन्धित कार्यपालक अभियंता, लोक स्वास्थ्य अभियंत्रण विभाग, लोक स्वास्थ्य प्रमण्डल, बिहारशरीफ - सदस्य (ix) सम्बन्धित कार्यपालक अभियंता, ग्रामीण कार्य विभाग, कार्य प्रमण्डल, राजगीर - सदस्य (x) कार्यपालक पदाधिकारी, नगर पंचायत, राजगीर - सदस्य (xi) कार्यपालक पदाधिकारी, नगर पंचायत, सिलाव - सदस्य (xii) राज्य सरकार द्वारा नियुक्त दो से अनधिक वैसे व्यक्ति - सदस्य जिन्हें नगर निवेशन का विशेष ज्ञान या व्यवहारिक अनुभव हो, (xiii) मुख्य कार्यपालक पदाधिकारी, राजगीर क्षेत्रीय आयोजना क्षेत्र प्राधिकार, - सदस्य सचिव2 ॢबह(cid:4)र गजट (cid:10)[स(cid:4)ध(cid:4)रण(cid:15)(cid:16) 1 (cid:21)सत(cid:23)बर 2017 उपरोक्त उपकंडिका (xii) में उल्लिखित व्यक्तियों के नाम नगर विकास एवं आवास विभाग द्वारा अधिसूचित किये जाऐंगे।

2. अनुमण्डल पदाधिकारी, राजगीर, इस आयोजना प्राधिकार के मुख्य कार्यपालक पदाधिकारी-सह-सदस्य सचिव होंगे। तत्काल अनुमण्डल पदाधिकारी, राजगीर का कार्यालय इस प्राधिकार का कार्यालय होगा।

3. यह प्राधिकार अपने र्काव्यों के निष्पादन के लिए बिहार शहरी आयोजना तथा विकास अधिनियम, 2012 एवं बिहार शहरी आयोजना तथा विकास नियमवाली, 2014 में विहित शक्तियों का प्रयोग कर सकेगा।

यह अधिसूचना तुरत प्रवृा होगी।

No.-11/न॰वि॰/मा॰प्लान(आ॰क्षे॰)-01/2013-769/UD&HD—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section - 11 of the Bihar Urban Planning and Development Act, 2012 read with Rule - 11 of the Bihar Urban Planning and Development Rules, 2014, the Govt. of Bihar, to prepare Master Plan and other Development Plans of Rajgir Regional Planning Area, its implementation and for other lawful actions, hereby constitutes the Planning Authority, which shall be known as "Rajgir Regional Planning Area Authority" and it shall be constituted consisting of the followings :-

(i) Divisional Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna

- Chairman

(ii) District Magistrate, Nalanda, Biharsharif

- Vice

Chairman

(iii) Chief Town Planner or representative, Town and Country Planning - Member Organisation

(iv) Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Biharsharif - Member (v) Deputy Development Commissioner, Nalanda, Biharsharif - Member (vi) Additional Collector (Revenue), Nalanda

- Member

(vii) Concerned Executive Engineer, Road Construction Department, - Member Road Division, Biharsharif

(viii) Concerned Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering - Member Department, Public Health Division, Biharsharif

(ix) Concerned Executive Engineer, Rural Works Department, Works - Member Division, Rajgir

(x) Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Rajgir

- Member

(xi) Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Silao

- Member

(xii) Persons who possess special knowledge or practical experience in - Member town planning appointed by State Government not exceeding two

(xiii) Chief Executive Officer, Rajgir Regional Planning Area Authority - Member Secretary Name of persons mentioned in sub clause (xii) shall be notified by the Urban Development and Housing Department.

2. Sub Divisional Officer, Rajgir shall be the Chief Executive Officer cum Member Secretary of this Planning Authority. Office of the Sub Divisional Officer, Rajgir shall be the office of the Authority at present.

3. The Authority shall exercise the powers prescribed in the Bihar Urban Planning and Development Act, 2012 and the Bihar Urban Planning and Development Rules, 2014 for execution of its duties.

This notification will come into force at once.
