सं॰ 4/फार्मा-14-01/2014-1312(4)—भारत संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अधीन ''बिहार फार्मासिस्ट संवर्ग नियमावली, 2014'' का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैंः -
1. संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार एवं प्रारंभ। - (1) यह नियमावली ''बिहार फार्मासिस्ट संवर्ग (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2017'' कही जा सकेगी।
(2) इसका विस्तार सम्पूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा।
(3) यह तुरंत के प्रभाव से प्रवृत होगी।
2. बिहार फार्मासिस्ट संवर्ग नियमावली, 2014 के नियम-8 का प्रतिस्थापनः-''नियुक्ति के उपरांत अभ्यर्थी परिवीक्षाधीन रहेगा। परिवीक्षा अवधि दो वर्षों की होगी। परिवीक्षा अवधि के दौरान यदि सेवा संतोषजनक न पाई जाय किंतु नियुक्ति प्राधिकार की राय में, परिवीक्षा अवधि में विस्तार करने से व्यक्ति में सुधार की संभावना हो तो परिवीक्षा अवधि एक वर्ष के लिए बढ़ायी जायगी। एक वर्ष की विस्तारित अवधि में भी कार्य सेवा संतोषजनक नहीं पाई गयी तो नियुक्ति प्राधिकार ऐसे फार्मासिस्ट की सेवा समाप्त कर सकेंगे।''2 ॢबह(cid:4)र गजट (cid:10)[स(cid:4)ध(cid:4)रण(cid:15)(cid:16) 14 नव(cid:21)बर 2(cid:23)1(cid:24) 3. बिहार फार्मासिस्ट संवर्ग नियमावली, 2014 के परिशिष्ट-1 का प्रतिस्थापनः-उक्त नियमावली के परिशिष्ट-1 को निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा :-

No 4/फार्मा-14-01/2014-1312(4)—In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to Article -309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Bihar is hereby pleased to make the following Rules to amend the Bihar Pharmacist Cadre Rules 2014 :-
1. Short title, extent & commencement.— (1) These Rules may be called the "Bihar Pharmacist Cadre (Amendment) Rules, 2017."
(2) It shall extend to the whole State of Bihar. (3) It shall come into force with immediate effect. 2. Substitution of Rule 8 of the Bihar Pharmacist Cadre Rules 2014.— "After appointment the candidate will be on probation . Probation period will be of two years. In case, the service during probation period is not found satisfactory but if in the opinion of the Appointing Authority, there is a chance of improvement to a individual by giving an extension in probation period then probation period will be extended for one year. If the service is not found satisfactory in spite of extended period for one year also then the Appointing Authority may terminate the service of such Pharmacist."
3. Substitution of Appendix-1 of the Bihar Pharmacist Cadre Rules 2014.— Appendix-1
of the said Rules 2014 shall be substituted by the following:-
