सं॰ जे॰/डी॰ई॰मिस॰-105/1996-11203/सी॰—गृह विभाग (विषेष शाखा) की अधिसूचना संख्या एस॰ओ॰ 8590, दिनांक 25.09.2017 के क्रम में तथा राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा अधिनियम-1980 (सं॰-65/1980) की घारा-3 की उपधारा (3) के द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्य सरकार ने निर्णय लिया है कि सभी जिला दण्डाधिकारी दिनांक 01.01.2018 से दिनांक 31.03.2018 तक और तीन महीने की अवधि के लिए उपर्युक्त धारा की उपधारा-(2) द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग अपने क्षेत्राधिकार की स्थानीय सीमाओं में कर सकेंगे।

2 ॢबह(cid:4)र गजट (cid:10)[स(cid:4)ध(cid:4)रण(cid:15)(cid:16) 4 जनवर(cid:15) 2018 The 29th December 2017No J/DE-Misc-105/1996/11203/C—In continuation of Home (Special) Department, Notification No.-8590 dated-25.09.2017 in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of the section-3 of the National Security Act, 1980 (No.-65/1980), the State Government has been pleased to direct that All District Magistrates of the state of Bihar shall exercise the powers conferred by sub section (2) of the said section within the local limits of their jurisdiction for a further period of three months from 01.01.2018 to 31.03.2018.
