सं॰ जी/सेना-05-05/2017-335335335335—युद्धाभ्यास, खुले क्षेत्र में गोला चलाने तथा तोप दागने का अभ्यास अधिनियम, 1938 (अधिनियम 5, 1938) की धारा 9 की उप धारा-(3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा सरकारी गजट में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाषन की तिथि से कम से कम 2 महीना बीत जाने पर, उक्त धारा की उप धारा-(2) के अधीन इसके साथ उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के संपूर्ण क्षेत्र में या उसके किसी विनिर्दिष्ट भाग में 10 अक्टूबर, 2017 से आरंभ होने वाली और 09 अक्टूबर 2027 को समाप्त होने वाली दस वर्षों की अवधि के दौरान मैदानी गोलाबारी और तोपखाना अभ्यास प्राधिकृत करने के लिए अधिसूचना जारी करने का अपना अभिप्राय अधिसूचित करते हैं। उक्त धारा की उप धारा-(1) के अपेक्षानुसार,,,, उक्त क्षेत्र को ऐसे क्षेत्र के रूप में, जिसके भीतर 10 अक्टूबर, 2017 से आरंभ होने वाली और 09 अक्टूबर, 2027 को समाप्त होने वाली 10 वर्षों की अवधि के दौरान आवधिक रूप में मैदानी गोलाबारी और तोपखाना अभ्यास प्राधिकृत किया जा सकता है, परिभाषित करने वाली अधिसूचना दिनांक दिनांक दिनांक दिनांक 12121212....10101010....2017201720172017 को बिहार राजपत्र के असाधारण अंक में सं0 8944 दिनांक 8944 दिनांक 8944 दिनांक 8944 दिनांक 10101010....10101010....2017201720172017 द्वारा पहले ही प्रकाषित की जा चुकी है।

No. G/Sena-05-05/2017-335— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 9 of the Manoeuvers, Field Firing and Artillery Practices Act, 1938 (Act of 5 of 1938), the Governor of Bihar is hereby pleased to notify his intention to authorise under sub-section (2) of the said section of the Act to carry out field firing and artillery practice throughout the area in the Schedule hereto annexed or in its any specified part during the period of ten years commencing from 10th October, 2017 and ending with 09th October, 2027. A notification as required by sub-section (1) of the said section, defining the said area as an area within which for the period of ten years commencing from 10th October, 2017 and ending with 09th October, 2027 the carrying out periodically of field firing and artillery practice may be authorized, has been previously published in the extraordinary issue of Bihar official Gazette, dated.12.10.2017 with S.O. 8944 dated the 10.10.2017.
The map of the land details mentioned in schedule may be inspected in the office of District Magistrate, Nalanda.

Particulars and boundary of the land-area
170 acre land in village-Nekpur, P.S. No.-486, District-Nalanda, which has been transferred to recruit Training Centre, Central Reserve Police Force vide Circular No. 1335/6/sa dated 24.09.2007 for construction of Central Reserve Police Force (R.T. C-5) and the boundary wall has been constructed on the total circumferential area of the aforesaid land. 100-500 meter baffle firing range is situated on Plot (Khesra) No. – 3759, Khata No. – 166 total area 170 acre of the aforesaid acquired land. The particulars and boundary of Firing Range is given below :-
East - Entrance Gate. West - Field and Chainpur Village is situated approximately 2.5 Km from the outer boundary of the firing Range.
North - Field and Kubari Village is situated approximately 2.5 Km from the outer boundary of the Firing range.
South - Vaimar Giri Parwat of Rajgir Hill, which is a completely deserted area. This notification shall come in to force from the date of issue.
