सं॰ प्र04/पी.डी.एस.-07/2014-1155—आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम, 1955 (1955 का 10) की धारा-3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल बिहार व्यापारिक वस्तु (अनुज्ञापन एकीकरण) आदेश, 1984 (समय-समय पर यथा संशोधित) में तुरंत के प्रभाव से निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते है :-
la'kks/ku 2 ॢबह(cid:4)र गजट (cid:10)[स(cid:4)ध(cid:4)रण(cid:15)(cid:16) (cid:17) म(cid:4)चZ 2(cid:22)1(cid:24) The 7th March 2018 No. Pra.04/P.D.S.-07/2014-1155—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955) the Governor of Bihar makes the following amendments in the Bihar Trade Article (Licencing Unification) Order, 1984 (as amended from time to time) with immediate effect :-

Provided, in reference of Licensing Authority the words "and Special Officer incharge Rationing" used in sub para (c) of para 27 of the said order 1984 with respect to "Kerosene Oil" mentioned in S.No. 2 of part-E (other articles) of the said schedule-I are hereby deleted.
The license issued by the Special Officer incharge Rationing with respect to Kerosene Oil mentioned is S.No. 2 of part E (other articles) of the said schedule-I and anything done or any action taken thereunder before the issue of this order shall be treated valid. This order shall come into force from the date of issuance of this notification.
