एस0ओ0 150 दिनांक 13 मार्च 2018—बंगाल, आगरा एवं असम व्यवहार न्यायालय अधिनियम 1887 (अधिनियम-XII, वर्ष 1887) की धारा-13 की उपधारा-(1) एवं धारा-14 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा इस विषय पर निर्गत सभी पूर्व अधिसूचनाओं एवं आदेशों का उपान्तरण करते हुए बिहार-राज्यपाल निदेश देते हैं किः-
(क) मधेपुरा जिलान्तर्गत उदाकिशुनगंज अनुमंडल में अवर न्यायाधीश [असैनिक न्यायाधीश (वरीय कोटि)] का न्यायालय स्थापित किया जायेगा,
(ख) उदाकिशुनगंज अनुमंडल के अवर न्यायाधीश [असैनिक न्यायाधीश (वरीय कोटि)] के न्यायालय की अधिकारिता मधेपुरा जिले के उदाकिशुनगंज अनुमंडल की सम्पूर्ण स्थानीय सीमायें रहेंगी, 2 ॢबह(cid:4)र गजट (cid:25)[स(cid:4)ध(cid:4)रण(cid:27)(cid:31) 13 म(cid:4)चZ 2(cid:26)1# 12 ekpZ 2018 एस0ओ0 151, एस0ओ0 150 दिनांक 13 मार्च 2018 का अंगे्रजी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है, जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद-348 के खण्ड(3) के अधीन उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा।

S.O. 150. Dated 13th March 2018—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of Section 13 and Sub-Section (1) of Section 14 of the Bengal, Agra and Assam Civil Courts Act 1887 (Act XII of 1887) and in modification of the previous notifications and orders issued on the subject the Governor of Bihar is pleased to direct that:-
(a) The Court of Subordinate Judge [Civil Judge (Senior Division)] of Udakishunganj Sub division in the district of Madhepura shall be established at Udakishunganj;
(b) The Jurisdiction of the Court of Subordinate Judge [Civil Judge (Senior Division)] of Udakishunganj sub-division shall be the entire local limits of the Sub-division of Udakishunganj in the District of Madhepura;
