सं0 19 नि0ः— निम्न तालिका के स्तम्भ-2 में उल्लिखित न्यायिक पदाधिकारी (असैनिक न्यायाधीश, वरीय कोटि)
को उसी तालिका के स्तम्भ-3 में क्रमशः उनके नाम के सामने निर्देशित जजी एवं स्थान जहॉ पर वे अधिष्ठित रहेंगे तथा
स्तंभ 4 में दी गई स्थानांतरण श्रृंखला में अवर न्यायाधीश नियुक्त किया जाता है।
तदोपरान्त, दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (अधिनियम 2, 1974) की धारा 11 की उपधारा (3) के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त
शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा निम्न तालिका के स्तम्भ-2 में उल्लिखित अवर न्यायाधीश को स्तम्भ-5 में
उल्लिखित उनके नाम के सामने निर्देशित जिला के लिए प्रथम श्रेणी के न्यायिक दंडाधिकारी की शक्तियाँ प्रदान की जाती
है।
साथ ही उपर्युक्त संहिता की धारा 12 की उपधारा (1) के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त
पदाधिकारी को तालिका के स्तम्भ-3 में उनके नाम के सामने निर्देशित जिला के लिए मुख्य न्यायिक दंडाधिकारी भी नियुक्त
किया जाता है और दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (अधिनियम 2, 1974) की धारा 9 की उपधारा (3) के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों
का प्रयोग करते हुए उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा निम्न तालिका के स्तम्भ-2 में उल्लिखित न्यायिक पदाधिकारी को उनके नाम के
सामने स्तम्भ-5 में अंकित सत्र प्रमण्डल के लिए सहायक सत्र न्यायाधीश नियुक्त किया जाता है।

As mentioned in column no. 4, the officers are also vested with the powers under Sub-section (2) of Section-19 of the Bengal, Agra and Assam Civil Courts Acts, 1887, (act XII of 1887) as amended by the Bengal, Agra and Assam Civil Courts Bihar Amendment Act, 2013 (Act 14 of 2014) to try under ordinary procedure original suits of Pecuniary and Territorial Jurisdiction.

सं0 TDRT/50010/10-2017—528—पर्यटन विभाग द्वारा राज्य के विभिन्न पर्यटक स्थलों को चिन्हित कर बुनियादी सुविधाओं का विकास करते हुये परिपथ के रूप में चिन्हित किया गया है। वर्तमान में पर्यटन विभाग द्वारा बुद्ध सर्किट, रामायण सर्किट, सूफी सर्किट, जैन सर्किट, गाँधी सर्किट, षिव शक्ति सर्किट, इको टूरिज्म, हेरिटेज सर्किट पर विकास कार्य किया जा रहा है। इन स्थलों के विस्तृत जानकारी हेतु पर्यटन विभाग द्वारा विभिन्न परिपथों पर पर्यटन साहित्य, कॉफी टेबल बुक एवं विभिन्न परिपथों का मैप का मुद्रण एवं इलेक्ट्रॉनिक माध्यमों से प्रचार-प्रसार कराया जाता है। पर्यटन साहित्य का प्रकाषन विभिन्न भाषाओं के अलावा विदेषी भाषाओं में भी कराया गया है। पर्यटन साहित्य पर्यटन व्यवसाय से संबंधित संस्थाओं के माध्यम से एवं संचालित पर्यटक सूचना केन्द्र एवं बिहार राज्य पर्यटन विकास निगम के माध्यम से निःषुल्क उपलब्ध कराया जाता है, जिससे कि आनेवाले पर्यटकों को विभिन्न गंतव्यों का ज्ञान हो सके तथा उनका परिभ्रमण सुखद हो। बिहार धार्मिक तथा सांस्कृतिक विरासत वाले स्थलों के लिये प्रसिद्ध है तथा यहाँ पर सभी प्रमुख धर्मो का विकास हुआ है, जिससे बिहार विभिन्न धर्मो का संगम स्थल बन गया है। राज्य के विभिन्न स्थलों पर सिख गुरूओं का आगमन हुआ है। इस परिपेक्ष्य में ऐसे स्थलों को एक सर्किट के रूप में विकसित करने के उद्देष्य से चिन्हित किया गया है। लक्ष्य है कि यहाँ आनेवाले पर्यटकों के लिये पर्यटकीय अवसंरचना का निर्माण एवं परिवर्द्धन तथा सुविधाओं का यथासंभव निर्माण तथा यात्रियों के आवागमन हेतु सुगम यात्रा पैकेज तैयार किया जा सके ताकि वे सुखद अनुभव लेकर वापस जायें।

------- आदेश 28 फरवरी 2018 सं0 6/आ.-02/2018 सा.प्र.-2792—श्री दीपक आनन्द, भा.प्र.से. (बिहारः 2007) एवं श्रीमती शिखा रानी (पति-श्री दीपक आनन्द) के विरूद्ध अप्रत्यानुपातिक धर्नाजन के आरोप के संबंध में दर्ज निगरानी थाना कांड संख्या-01/2018 दिनांक 02.01.2018 के आलोक में अखिल भारतीय सेवा (अनुशासन एवं अपील) नियमावली, 1969 के नियम-3 के उप नियम-3 में निहित प्रावधान के अन्तर्गत विभागीय आदेश ज्ञापांक-1442 दिनांक 30.01.2018 द्वारा श्री दीपक आनन्द को तत्काल प्रभाव से निलंबित किया गया।
2. श्री आनन्द के निलंबन की तिथि से तीस दिनों की अवधि दिनांक 28.02.2018 को समाप्त हो रही है। श्री आनन्द के विरूद्ध दर्ज उक्त कांड अनुसंधान अंतर्गत है तथा अप्रत्यानुपातिक धनार्जन के आरोप के संबंध में श्री आनन्द के विरूद्ध विभागीय कार्यवाही प्रारंभ किए जाने की कार्रवाई का अनुशासनिक प्राधिकार का आदेश प्राप्त है और इस आदेश के आलोक में अग्रतर कार्रवाई की जा रही है। अनुशासनिक प्राधिकार द्वारा श्री दीपक आनन्द के निलम्बन को बरकरार रखे जाने का निर्णय लिया गया है।
3. अनुशासनिक प्राधिकार के उक्त निर्णय के आलोक मे ंदीपक आनन्द के निलम्बन को बरकरार रखा जाता है। बिहार-राज्यपाल के आदेश से, कन्हैया लाल साह, अवर सचिव।
