सं॰ 434/बिहार-वि.स/2015(2)ः- लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा 22 की उप धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए निर्वाचन आयोग सहायक रिटर्निग आफिसर की नियुक्ति से संबंधित दिनांक 15 सितम्बर, 2015 व समय समय पर यथा संषोधित अपनी अधिसूचना संख्या 434/बिहार-वि.स/2015(2) में निम्नलिखित संषोधन करता हैः-
उक्त अधिसूचना के संलग्न सारणी के स्तम्भ (2) में मद संख्या 205-भभुआ एवं 216-जहानाबाद के सामने विद्यमान प्रविश्टियों के अतिरिक्त निम्नलिखित प्रविश्टियां और जोड़ी जायेंगी।

उक्त निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों में सहायक रिटर्निंग आफिसर के रूप में उपर्युक्त अधिकारियों की नियुक्ति संबंधित विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों में चुनाव प्रक्रिया सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न होने पर प्रभावी नहीं रहेगी

Nirvachan Sadan Ashoka Road New Delhi – 110001/ Dated 26th February, 2018. 7 Phalguna, 1939 (SAKA) No. 434/BR-LA/2015(2) – In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India hereby makes the following amendments in its Notification No 434/BR-LA/2015(2) dated 15th September, 2015 as amended from time to time, relating to appointment of Assistant Returning Officer.
In column (2) of the table appended to the said Notification, in addition to the existing entries against item no 205-Bhabua and 216-Jehanabad, the following entries shall be added.
