2 ॢबह(cid:4)र गजट (cid:26)[स(cid:4)ध(cid:4)रण(cid:28) 15 म(cid:4)चZ 2(cid:27)1$ पष्चिम-पष्चिम-पष्चिम-पष्चिम-फायरिंग रेंज से लगभग 400 मीटर की दूरी पर गंगटी गांव अवस्थित है। उत्तर- उत्तर- उत्तर- उत्तर- फायरिंग रेंज से सटे ग्रुप केन्द्र की चहारदीवारी है एवं बाहर पक्की सड़क है। फायरिंग रेंज से लगभग 400 मीटर की दूरी पर बिहार सरकार का शारीरिक प्रषिक्षण संस्थान एवं कुम्हार टोला, मोहम्मदपुर गांव है।दक्षिण-दक्षिण-दक्षिण-दक्षिण-फायरिंग रेंज से लगभग 250 मीटर तक केंद्रीय रिजर्व पुलिस बल, ग्रुप केंद्र, की जमीन एवं बाग-बगीचा स्थित है।

No. G/Sena-05-05/2017-876— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 9 of the Manoeuvers, Field Firing and Artillery Practices Act, 1938 (Act of 5 of 1938), the Governor of Bihar is hereby pleased to notify his intention to authorise under sub-section (2) of the said section of the Act to carry out field firing and artillery practice throughout the area in the Schedule hereto annexed or in its any specified part during the period of ten years commencing from 01st December, 2017 and ending with 30th November, 2027. A notification as required by sub-section (1) of the said section, defining the said area as an area within which for the period of ten years commencing from 01st December, 2017 and ending with 30th November, 2027 the carrying out periodically of field firing and artillery practice may be authorized, has been previously published in the extraordinary issue of Bihar official Gazette, dated. 13.12.2017 with S.O. 9641 dated the 08.11.2017.

Particulars and boundary of the land-area.
150 acre land in village-Jhanpaha, P.S. No.-594, Jamabandi No. 4582, Circle-Bochaha, District-Muzaffarpur have been acquired on 05.11.1999 for construction of Group Centre of Central Reserve Police Force and its boundary fencing has been constructed. 100 meter baffle firing range is situated on plot (Kheshra) No. 5433 Khata No. 32 area 27.80 acre within said acquired land. Detailed description of villages situated nearby outside of the boundary of the said firing range is given below—
East—National Highway No. 77 is about 150 meters from the firing range which divides Group Centre of Central Reserve Police Force, Muzaffarpur in two parts.
West—Gangati village is situated at the distance of about 400 meters from the firing range. North—The boundary wall of the Group Centre is adjacent to the firing range and on its outside there is metalled road. At the distance of about 400 meters from the firing range, Physical Training Institute of Government of Bihar and Kumhar Tola, Mohammadpur, village is situated.
South—Land and orchard of Group Centre, Central Reserve Police Force is situated upto 250 meters from the firing range.
This notification shall come in to force from the date of issue.
