एस॰ ओ॰ 180 दिनांक 19 अप्रील 2018—बिहार माल और सेवा कर नियमावली, 2017 (एतश्मिन पश्चात् जिसे ''उक्त नियमावली'' कहा गया है) के नियम 138 के उपनियम (14) के खंड (घ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, आयुक्त, परिषद की सिफारिशों पर, बिहार गजट, असाधारण अंक, में संख्या 265, तारीख 23 मार्च, 2018 द्वारा प्रकाशित, वाणिज्य-कर विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या एस॰ ओ॰ 158, तारीख 23 मार्च, 2018 को विखंडित करते हैं।
2. राज्य के अन्दर आरम्भ होकर राज्य के अन्दर समाप्त होने वाले मालों के परिवहन के लिए ई-वे बिल के सृजन की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी यदि परिवहित माल का सम्प्रेषण मूल्य दो लाख रूपयों से अधिक न हो। 2 ॢबह(cid:4)र गजट (cid:10)[स(cid:4)ध(cid:4)रण(cid:15)(cid:16) 19 अूील 2018 19 vizhy 2018 एस॰ओ॰ 180 दिनांक 19 अप्रील 2018 का अंगे्रजी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अधीन अंगे्रजी भाषा में उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जाय।

The 19th April 2018
S.O. 180 dated 19th April 2018— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub rule (14) of Rule 138 of Bihar Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as "said Rules"), the Commissioner, on the recommendation of the council, rescinds the Commercial Taxes Department notification No. S.O. 158, dated the 23rd March, 2018, published in the Bihar Gazette, extraordinary, vide no. 265, dated 23rd March, 2018.
2. The e-way bill in respect of movement of goods originating and terminating in the State of Bihar shall not be required to be generated where the consignment value does not exceed Two Lac Rupees.
3. This notification shall come into force with effect from 20th April, 2018.
