laŒ 07@cSBd&03&01@2016&3108@ifj0—मोटरयान अधिनियम, 1988 की धारा 213 सहपठित भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल बिहार परिवहन (प्रवर्तन शाखा) संवर्ग नियमावली, 2003 में संषोधन करने हेतु निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैं :-

1111.... संक्षिप्त नाम, आरंभ एवं विस्तार ।-संक्षिप्त नाम, आरंभ एवं विस्तार ।-संक्षिप्त नाम, आरंभ एवं विस्तार ।-संक्षिप्त नाम, आरंभ एवं विस्तार ।- (1) यह नियमावली "बिहार परिवहन (प्रवर्तन शाखा) संवर्ग (संषोधन) नियमावली, 2018" कही जा सकेगी।

(2) इसका विस्तार संपूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा।

(3) यह तुरंत प्रवृत होगी।

उक्त नियमावली, 2003 के नियम 2(घ) का प्रतिस्थापन ।- बिहार परिवहन (प्रवर्तन शाखा) संवर्ग 2222.... उक्त नियमावली, 2003 के नियम 2(घ) का प्रतिस्थापन ।- उक्त नियमावली, 2003 के नियम 2(घ) का प्रतिस्थापन ।- उक्त नियमावली, 2003 के नियम 2(घ) का प्रतिस्थापन ।-

नियमावली, 2003 के नियम-2 का उपनियम (घ) निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।-

"(घ) 'आयोग' से अभिप्रेत है बिहार पुलिस अवर सेवा आयोग"।

fcgkj&jkTiky ds vkns'k ls]lat; dqekj vxzoky] ljdkj ds lfpoA 2 ॢबह(cid:4)र गजट (cid:10)[स(cid:4)ध(cid:4)रण(cid:15)(cid:16) 9 मई 2018 The 9th May 2018 No. 07/Baithak–03–01/2016-3108—In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to Article 309 of the Indian Constitution read with section 213 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following Rules to amend The Bihar Transport (Enforcement wing) Cadre Rules, 2003 :–

1. Short title, extention and commencement.– (1) These rules may be called The Bihar Transport (Enforcement wing) Cadre (Amendment) Rules, 2018.

(2) It shall extend to the whole of the state of Bihar.

(3) It shall come into force at once.

2. Substitution of Rule 2(d) of the said Rules, 2003.

Sub rule (d) of Rule 2 of The Bihar Transport (Enforcement wing) Cadre Rules, 2003 shall be substituted by the following :–

"(d) 'Commission' means Bihar Police Subordinate Service Commission."
