सं0 15/वैट अंकेक्षण/विविध-09/2017-1339—बिहार मूल्य वर्द्धित कर अधिनियम, 2005 की धारा-26 की उप-धारा (2) एवं बिहार मूल्य वर्द्धित कर नियमावली, 2005 के नियम 22 के उपनियम (1) के खण्ड (ख) के अधीन अधिसूचना सं0 856, दिनांक 26.03.18 द्वारा विाीय वर्ष 2016-17 की अवधि हेतु वैट अंकेक्षण के लिए चयनित व्यवसायियों की सूची प्रकाशित है। नियमावली के नियम 22(1) (ग) (i) में वर्णित प्रावधानों के आलोक में कतिपय व्यवसायियों द्वारा अपने चयन के विरूद्ध आपाि दाखिल की गयी है। तदनुसार नियम 22(1)(ग)(ii) के तहत दाखिल आपाि के आधारों पर विचार करने के उपरान्त आयुक्त निम्नलिखित व्यवसायिक प्रतिष्ठानों का नाम चयनित वैट अंकेक्षण सूची से मुक्त करने का आदेश करते हैः-

समझी जायेगी। 2 ॢबह(cid:4)र गजट (cid:10)[स(cid:4)ध(cid:4)रण(cid:15)(cid:16) 16 मई 2018 The 16th May 2018 Revised List No 15/VAT Audit/vividh-09/2017- 1339—The list of dealers Selected for VAT Audit under section 26 (2) of Bihar Value Added Tax 2005, read with Rule 22(1) of Bihar Value Added Tax Rule 2005, has already been published by Notification No. 856 dated 26-03-2018. Some of the dealers out of that list have filed objection against their selection in view of the provisions made under Rule 22(1)(c)(i).After Considering the grounds given by the dealears objecting their selection for VAT Audit, the Commisssioner under Rule 22(1)(c)(ii)orders to remove the following dealers from the list earlier published :—
