एस. ओ. 228 दिनांक 21 अगस्त 2018—बिहार माल और सेवा कर नियमावली, 2017 के नियम 61 के उपनियम (5) के साथ पठित बिहार माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 12) की धारा 168 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, आयुक्त, परिषद् की सिफारिशों पर, वाणिज्य-कर विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या एस॰ओ॰ 225, दिनांक 10 अगस्त, 2018, बिहार गजट असाधारण अंक में संख्या-770, दिनांक 10 अगस्त, 2018 द्वारा प्रकाशित, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, यथा :-
उक्त अधिसूचना के पहले पैरा में, निम्नलिखित परंतुक अंतःस्थापित किया जायेगा, यथाः- ''परंतु जुलाई, 2018 मास के लिए प्ररूप जीएसटीआर 3ख में विवरणी सामान्य पोर्टल के माध्यम से इलैक्ट्रानिक रूप में, 24 अगस्त 2018 को या उसके पहले दी जाएगी।''

एस॰ ओ॰ 228, दिनांक 21 अगस्त 2018 का अंगे्रजी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार-राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाषित किया जाता है जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अधीन अंगे्रजी भाषा में उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जाय। 2 ॢबह(cid:4)र गजट (cid:10)[स(cid:4)ध(cid:4)रण(cid:15)(cid:16) 21212121 अगस्तअगस्तअगस्तअगस्त 2018 The 21st August 2018 S.O. 228, Dated 21st August 2018—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 168 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017) read with sub-rule (5) of rule 61 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Central Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification S.O. No.225, dated the 10th August, 2018 of Commercial Taxes Department, published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number. 770, dated the 10th August, 2018, namely:-
In the first paragraph of the said notification, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:–
"Provided that the return in FORM GSTR-3B for the month of July, 2018 shall be furnished electronically through the common portal, on or before the 24th August, 2018."
