सं॰ अ॰स॰क॰-01-56/2016-1366—भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद-309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार राज्यपाल बिहार अल्पसंख्यक कल्याण सेवा नियमावली-2017 में संशोधन करते हुए निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैंः-

1. संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार एवं प्रारंभ।-

(i) यह नियमावली ''बिहार अल्पसंख्यक कल्याण सेवा (संशोधन) नियमावली-2018 कही जा सकेगी। (ii) इसका विस्तार सम्पूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा।

(iii) यह तुरत प्रवृत्त होगा।

2. बिहार अल्पसंख्यक कल्याण सेवा नियमावली-2017 के नियम-3(1) का प्रतिस्थापन। उक्त नियमावली का नियम-3(1) निम्नलिखित से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता हैः-यह सेवा अल्पसंख्यक कल्याण विभाग के प्रशासनिक नियंत्रणाधीन होगी। इस सेवा में पदों की संरचना निम्नवत्‌ होगी।

Rules to amend the Bihar Minority Welfare Service Rules 2017:—

1. Short title, extent and commencement— (1) These rules may be called the "Bihar Minority Welfare Service (Amendment) Rules, 2018".

(2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.

(3) It shall come into force at once.

2. Substitution of Rule-3(1) of the Bihar Minority Welfare Service Rules-2017. Rule-3(1) of the said Rules shall be substituted by the following :-

This Service shall be under the administraive control of the Minority Welfare Department.
