सं0 सं0 सं0 सं0 05 न0वि0/वि0-195/2016-4957495749574957/न0वि0एवं.आ0वि0—बिहार नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 2007 की धारा-13-सह-पठित धारा-8 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्य सरकार पटना नगर निगम के अधीन नूतन राजधानी अंचल एवं पटना सिटी अंचल को क्रमशः दो भागों में निम्नवत विभक्त करती हैः-
नूतन राजधानी अंचल के दो भाग निम्नलिखित होंगेः---- 1111.... नूतन राजधानी अंचल के दो भाग निम्नलिखित होंगेः नूतन राजधानी अंचल के दो भाग निम्नलिखित होंगेः नूतन राजधानी अंचल के दो भाग निम्नलिखित होंगेः (क) नूतन राजधानी अंचल।नूतन राजधानी अंचल।नूतन राजधानी अंचल।नूतन राजधानी अंचल।-इस अंचल में पटना नगर निगम, की वार्ड संख्या-03,04,09,10,11,12, 13,14,15,16,17,18,19,21,28, एवं 37 (कुल 16 वार्ड) शामिल होगी तथा इसकी जनसंख्या 310648 (तीन लाख दस हजार छः सौ अड़तालिस) होगी।
(ख) पाटलीपुत्र अंचलपाटलीपुत्र अंचलपाटलीपुत्र अंचलपाटलीपुत्र अंचल-इस अंचल में पटना नगर निगम की वार्ड संख्या-01,02,05,06,07,08,20, 22,23,24,25,26,27 एवं नवसृजित वार्ड 22A, 22B, 22C (कुल 16 वार्ड) शामिल होगी तथा इसकी कुल जनसंख्या 366902 (तीन लाख छियासठ हजार नौ सौ दो) होगी। उक्त दो अंचलों के बीच जवाहरलाल नेहरू मार्ग (बेली रोड) को सीमा मानते हुए जवाहरलाल नेहरू मार्ग (बेली रोड) से दक्षिण नूतन राजधानी अंचल एवं उत्तर पाटलिपुत्रा अंचल माना जाएगा। जवाहरलाल नेहरू मार्ग (बेली रोड) की सम्पूर्ण सड़क नूतन राजधानी अंचल में होगी। प्रस्तावित अंचल का मुख्यालय जल पर्षद की भूमि, जो पानी टंकी वार्ड संख्या-22 में अवस्थित है, की जमीन पर विकसित किया जायेगा। वर्तमान में कुछ खाली भवन हैं, जिसमें नवसृजित अंचल संचालित हो सकेगा।
पटना सिटी अंचल के निम्नलिखित दो भाग होंगेः- 2. पटना सिटी अंचल के निम्नलिखित दो भाग होंगेः- पटना सिटी अंचल के निम्नलिखित दो भाग होंगेः- पटना सिटी अंचल के निम्नलिखित दो भाग होंगेः- (क) (क) (क) (क) पटना सिटी अंचलः-पटना सिटी अंचलः-पटना सिटी अंचलः-पटना सिटी अंचलः- इस अंचल में कुल 08 वार्ड संख्या-62, 66, 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72 होंगी 2 ॢबह(cid:4)र गजट (cid:10)[स(cid:4)ध(cid:4)रण(cid:15)(cid:16) 19 (cid:22)सत(cid:24)बर 2018 प्रस्तावित अजीमाबाद अंचल के कार्यालय हेतु कोई निर्मित भवन उक्त क्षेत्र में उपलब्ध नहीं है। नवसृजित अंचल नये भवन के निर्माण होने तक, पटना सिटी अंचल के पुराने कार्यालय में कार्य करेगा। स्थल चयन करने के पश्चात् कार्यालय भवन का निर्माण किया जायेगा।

No. 5N.vi./vi.-195/16-4958/UD&HD—In exercise of the powers conferred under section 13 read with section 8 of Bihar Municipal Act, 2007 the State Government hereby divides the New Capital Circle and Patna City Circle of Patna Municipal Corporation in the following two parts respectively as follows:-
1. The following will be the two parts of the New Capital Circle:-
(a) New Capital Circle:- This circle shall include ward nos -03, 04, 09, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 17, 18, 19, 21, 28 and 37 (Total 16 wards) of the Patna Municipal Corporation and its total population will be 310648 (Three lac ten thousand six hundred forty eight).
(b) Patliputra Circle:- This circle shall include ward nos -01, 02, 05, 06, 07, 08, 20, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 and three new wards 22A, 22B, 22C (Total 16 wards) of the Patna Municipal Corporation and its total population will be 366902 (Three lac sixty six thousand nine hundred two) Treating Jawahar-Lal Nehru Marg, (Baily Road) the limit between the above said both circles, south of Jawahar-Lal Nehru Marg (Baily Road) will be treated New Capital Circle and North will be Patliputra Circle. The whole of Jawahar-Lal Nehru Marg (Baily Road) shall be in New Capital Circle. Headquarters of the proposed circle will be developed on the land of Water Board which is at Water Tower in ward no.-22. At present certain building are vacant in which newly created circles may be operated.
2. The following will be two parts of the Patna City Circle:-
(a) Patna City Circle:-This circle shall include total 8 ward nos -62, 66, 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72 population of which will be 172932 (One lac seventy two thousand nine hundred thirty two).
(b) Azimabad Circle:- This circle shall include total 12 ward nos -52, 53, 54, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 63, 64 and 65 population of which will be 291959 (Two lac ninty one thousand nine hundred fifty nine) Boundaries of wards already constituted will remain unchanged. The dividing line between both the circles will be from west side of the Dundi market upto N.H. 30 across the railway line. No constructed building for office of the proposed Azimabad circle is available in that area. The new circle will work in the old office of Patna City Circle till the construction of new building. After selection of the land, office building will be constructed.
