——— vfvfvfvf////klwpukklwpukklwpukklwpuk 20202020 flrEcj 2018flrEcj 2018flrEcj 2018flrEcj 2018 एस0ओ0 241, दिनांक 20 सितम्बर 2018—बंगाल, आगरा एवं आसाम व्यवहार न्यायालय अधिनियम, 1887 (1887 का अधिनियम सं0-XII) की धारा-13 की उप धारा (1) एवं धारा-14 की उपधारा (1) तथा दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (1974 का अधिनियम 2) की धारा 9 की उपधारा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एवं इस विषय पर निर्गत सभी पूर्व आदेशों एवं अधिसूचनाओं के उपान्तरण में बिहार राज्यपाल निदेश देते हैं कि-
(क) समस्तीपुर जिला में उद्भूत मामलों के निबटारे के लिये समस्तीपुर के अपर जिला न्यायाधीश का न्यायालय अब दलसिंहसराय में भी बैठेगा, और
(ख) दलसिंहसराय अनुमंडल की स्थानीय सीमाओं के भीतर उद्भूत मामलों को निपटाने के लिये समस्तीपुर सत्र खंड के अपर सत्र न्यायाधीश का न्यायालय अब दलसिंहसराय में भी बैठेगा। 2 ॢबह(cid:4)र गजट (cid:10)[स(cid:4)ध(cid:4)रण(cid:15)(cid:16) 20202020 िसत(cid:22)बिसत(cid:22)बिसत(cid:22)बिसत(cid:22)बर र र र 2018201820182018 20202020 flrEcj 2018flrEcj 2018flrEcj 2018flrEcj 2018 एस0ओ0 242 एस0ओ0 241, दिनांक 20 सितम्बर 2018 का अंगे्रजी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है, जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद-348 के खण्ड(3) के अधीन उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा।

S.O. 241. Dated 20th Septemner 2018—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- Section (1) of section 13 and Sub-Section (1) of Section-14 of the Bengal, Agra and Assam Civil Courts Act, 1887 (Act No.-XII of 1887) and Sub-Section (3) of Section 9 of the code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act 2 of 1974) and in modification of all the previous orders and notification issued on the subject the Governor of Bihar is pleased to direct that- (a) The Court of Additional District Judge of Samastipur Judgeship shall now be held at Dalsingsarai also for the disposal of cases arising in the district of Samastipur and
(b) The Court of Additional Sessions Judge of Samastipur Session Division shall now also hold its sittings at Dalsingsarai for the disposal of such cases as may arise within the local limits of Dalsingsarai Sub- Division;
