(स(cid:27)(cid:24) पटन(cid:4) (cid:29)(cid:30)2) पटन(cid:4)(cid:31) स मव(cid:4)र(cid:31) 24 (cid:21)सत(cid:23)बर 2018 मद्य निषेध, उत्पाद एवं निबंधन विभाग (उत्पाद एवं मद्य निषेध) ——— vf/klwpukvf/klwpukvf/klwpukvf/klwpuk 20202020 flrEcj 2018flrEcj 2018flrEcj 2018flrEcj 2018 सं0 11/नई उत्पाद नीति-01-03/2015-2577—बिहार छोआ (नियंत्रण) अधिनियम 1947, (बिहार अधिनियम-vi, 1947) की धारा 13 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल बिहार छोआ (नियंत्रण) नियमावली, 1955 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैंः - बिहार छोआ (नियंत्रण) नियमावली, 1955 के नियम-3 के उप नियम (एफ1) को निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगाः-
"3(F-1)-(i) बिहार राज्य में स्थापित सभी चीनी मिलों से छोआ के सम्पूर्ण उत्पादित मात्रा की सूचना प्रपत्र एम0एफ0-3 में प्राप्त होने पर छोआ नियंत्रक छोआ के कुल उत्पादन की गणना करेगें और राज्य में स्थापित छोआ आधारित आसवनियों की आवश्यकता से अतिरेक छोआ का जैसा कि छोआ नियंत्रक उचित समझे वर्ष 2018-19 के लिए निर्यात की अनुमति दे सकेंगे। (ii) छोआ का निर्यात जी0पी0एस0 युक्त, डिजीटल लॉक लगे वाहनों से किया जायेगा। (iii) राज्य से बाहर छोआ निर्यात पर 10/-(दस) रूपया प्रति क्विंटल की दर से निर्यात शुल्क 2 ॢबह(cid:4)र गजट (cid:10)[स(cid:4)ध(cid:4)रण(cid:15)(cid:16) 24 (cid:21)सत(cid:23)बर 2018 20 flrEcj 201820 flrEcj 201820 flrEcj 201820 flrEcj 2018 सं0 11/नई उत्पाद नीति-01-03/2015-2577 दिनांक 20.09.18 का निम्नलिखित अंग्रेजी अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतदद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है, जिसे भारत-संविधान के अनुच्छेद-348 के खंड-3 के अधीन उक्त नियमावली का अंग्रेजी भाषा में प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा।

No. 11/New Excise Policy-01-03/2015-2577—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 13 of The Bihar Molasses (Control) Act, 1947 (Bihar Act-vi of 1947) the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendment in The Bihar Molasses (Control) Rules, 1955.
In The Bihar Molasses (Control) Rules, 1955 the following sub rule (F1) of Rule-3 shall be substituted by the following:-
"3(F1)(i) - After receipt of report in form MF 3 from all the Sugar Factories situated in the State of Bihar, the controller of Molasses will calculate the total production of Molasses and may allow the excess molasses more than the requirement of molasses based distilleries to be exported out the State as the controller of molasses deems fit for the year 2018-19."
(ii) The molasses shall be exported through GPS enabled, digitally locked vehicles.
(iii) The export of Molasses out of the state shall be chargeable by Rs.10/-
