भूमि-अर्जन, पुनर्वासन और पुनव्र्यवस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकर और पारदर्शिता अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 (The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency In Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013) की धारा 26(2) के अधीन एवं प्रथम अनुसूची (First Schedule) में अन्तर्विष्ट प्रावधानों के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल लोकहित में किसी परियोजना हेतु भूमि अर्जन/अधिग्रहण के मामलों में शहरी क्षेत्र, पेरिफेरल क्षेत्र एवं ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में अर्जन से प्रभावित हितबद्ध भू-धारियों को पारदर्शी तरीके से उचित एवं समानुपातिक प्रतिकर की राशि का भुगतान के उद्देश्य से शहरी क्षेत्रों से सटे ''पेरिफेरल क्षेत्र'' एवं ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में अवस्थित भूमि के अधिग्रहण की स्थिति में मुआवजा के निर्धारण हेतु दूरी के आधार पर निन्नलिखित रीति में गुणक फैक्टर (Multiplier Factor) विनिश्चित करते है :-

(i) नगर निगम क्षेत्र के लिए :- (क) 0 से 08 कि0 मी0-1.25 (ख) 08 से 10 कि0 मी0-1.50 (ग) 10 कि0 मी0 से अधिक-02 ( ii) नगर परिषद्‌ क्षेत्र के लिए :- (क) 0 से 04 कि0 मी0-1.5 (ख) 04 से 06 कि0 मी0-1.75 (ग) 06 कि0 मी0 से अधिक-02 ( iii) नगर पंचायत क्षेत्र के लिए :- (क) 0 से 02 कि0 मी0-1.75 (ख) 02 से 04 कि0 मी0-1.85 (ग) 04 कि0 मी0 से अधिक-02 2 ॢबह(cid:4)र गजट (cid:10)[स(cid:4)ध(cid:4)रण(cid:15)(cid:16) 26262626 अ(cid:23)तूअ(cid:23)तूअ(cid:23)तूअ(cid:23)तूबर बर बर बर ^{2018201820182018} 2. राजस्व एवं भूमि सुधार विभाग, बिहार, पटना द्वारा पूर्व में निर्गत संकल्प सं0 675, दिनांक 20.05.2014 एतद द्वारा निरसित किया जाता है। 3. यह आदेश तत्काल प्रभावी होगा।

Revenue & Land Reforms Department (Directorate of Land Acquisition) ——— RESOLUTION The 23rd October 2018 In exercise of the powers conferred under the provisions contained in first Schedule and under section 26(2) of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act (No 30 of), 2013 the Governor of Bihar is pleased to determine, in public interest, the multiplier factor for determination of compensation for the land to be acquired for any project in rural areas and peripheral areas, on the basis of its distance from the boundary of the municipal (urban) areas in following manner :- (i) For municipal corporation areas :- (a) 0 to 08 K.M – 1.25 times

(b) 08 to 10 K.M – 1.50 times (c) 10 and more K.M – 02 times

(ii) For municipal council areas :-

(a) 0 to 04 K.M – 1.5 times (b) 04 to 06 K.M – 1.75 times (c) 06 and more K.M – 02 times (iii) For municipal Panchayat areas :-

(a) 0 to 02 K.M – 1.75 times (a) 02 to 04 K.M – 1.85 times (a) 04 and more K.M – 02 times

2. Resolution published/ issued earlier vide memo No-675, Dated-20.05.2014 of Revenue & Land Reforms Department, Bihar, Patna is hereby repealed.

3. This order will come into effect immediately
