एस॰ ओ॰ 266, दिनांक 26 अक्तूबर 2018—बिहार माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 12) (जिसे इस अधिसूचना में इसके पश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 45 और बिहार माल और सेवा कर नियमावली, 2017 (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त नियमावली कहा गया है) के नियम 81 के साथ पठित, उक्त अधिनियम की घारा 148 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, बिहार राज्यपाल, परिषद् की सिफारिशों पर, उन व्यक्यिों को, जिनका रजिस्ट्रीकरण उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन समुचित अधिकारी द्वारा 30 सितम्बर 2018 को या उसके पूर्व रद्द कर दिया गया है, व्यक्तियों के वर्ग के रूप में अधिसूचित करते हैं, जो उक्त नियमावली के प्ररूप जी॰एस॰टी॰आर॰ 10 में अंतिम विवरणी 31 दिसम्बर 2018 तक भेजेंगे।
2. यह अधिसूचना दिनांक 26 अक्तूबर 2018 के प्रभाव से प्रवृत्त होगी।

एस॰ ओ॰ 266, दिनांक 26 अक्तूबर 2018 का अंगे्रजी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार-राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अधीन अंगे्रजी भाषा में उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जाय। 2 ॢबह(cid:4)र गजट (cid:10)[स(cid:4)ध(cid:4)रण(cid:15)(cid:16) 26 अ(cid:23)तूबर 2018 The 26th October 2018 S.O. 266, Dated 26th October 2018— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017) (hereafter in this notification referred to as the 'said Act'), read with section 45 of the said Act and rule 81 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), the Governor of Bihar, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby notifies the persons whose registration under the said Act has been cancelled by the proper officer on or before the 30th September, 2018, as the class of persons who shall furnish the final return in FORM GSTR-10 of the said rules till the 31st December, 2018.
2. This notification shall come into force with effect from 26th October, 2018.
