laŒ 21/त॰क॰च॰आ॰-01/2018-15672/सा॰प्र॰—बिहार तकनीकी सेवा आयोग अधिनियम, 2014 की धारा- 14(1) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल बिहार तकनीकी सेवा आयोग नियमावली, 2015 में संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैं :-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार एवं प्रारंभ।- (1) यह नियमावली बिहार तकनीकी सेवा आयोग (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2018 कही जा सकेगी।
(2) इसका विस्तार संपूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा।
(3) यह तुरंत प्रवृत होगी।
2. बिहार तकनीकी सेवा आयोग नियमावली, 2015 के नियम-3 के उप नियम (3) में एक परंतुक अंतःस्थापित किया जाना ।- उक्त नियमावली में, नियम-3 के उप नियम-(3) में परन्तुक के बाद निम्नलिखित परन्तुक अंतःस्थापित किया जायेगा।-
''परन्तु, यह भी कि वेतन-पुनरीक्षण की स्थिति में आयोग के अध्यक्ष के रूप में नियुक्त सेवानिवृत्त पदाधिकारी का वेतन-पुनरीक्षण भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा के सेवारत पदाधिकारियों के अनुरूप सेवानिवृत्ति की तिथि को प्राप्त मूल वेतन के आधार पर किया जा सकेगा और उसमें से पुनरीक्षित पेंशन (Commutation सहित) घटाने के बाद शेष राशि, वेतन के रूप में अनुमान्य किया जा सकेगा। ''2 ॢबह(cid:4)र गजट (cid:10)[स(cid:4)ध(cid:4)रण(cid:15)(cid:16) 6666 (cid:21)दस(cid:23)ब(cid:21)दस(cid:23)ब(cid:21)दस(cid:23)ब(cid:21)दस(cid:23)बरररर 2018201820182018 3. बिहार तकनीकी सेवा आयोग नियमावली, 2015 के नियम-4 के उप नियम (3) में एक परंतुक अंतःस्थापित किया जाना ।- उक्त नियमावली में, नियम-4 के उप नियम-(3) में परन्तुक के बाद निम्नलिखित परन्तुक अंतःस्थापित किया जायेगा।-

सं॰ 21/त॰क॰च॰आ॰-01/2018-15673 सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग, बिहार, पटना की अधिसूचना संख्या 15672 दिनांक 03.12.2018 का निम्नलिखित अँग्रेजी अनुवाद, बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खंड (3) के अधीन अँग्रेजी भाषा में उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा।

No.-21/B..T.S.S.C-01 /2018 Ka- 15673— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section- 14(1) of the Bihar Technical Service Commission Act ,2014 the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following Rules to amend the Bihar Technical Service Commission Rules , 2015 1. Short title, Extent and Commencement I— (1) These Rules may be called The Bihar Technical Service Commission (Amendement ) Rules, 2018.
(2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.
(3) It shall come into force at once.
2. Insertion of a proviso in sub rule-3 of rule-3 of the Bihar Technical Service
Commission Rules, 2015 I—In the said Rules, the following proviso shall be inserted after proviso in sub rule-(3) of rule 3 :-
" Provided also that, in condition of pay revision, the pay- revision of retired officer appointed as Chairman in the Commission, shall be executed like working officers of Indian Administrative Service, on the basis of basic pay obtained on the date of retirement and after3 ॢबह(cid:4)र गजट (cid:10)[स(cid:4)ध(cid:4)रण(cid:15)(cid:16) 6666 (cid:21)दस(cid:23)ब(cid:21)दस(cid:23)ब(cid:21)दस(cid:23)ब(cid:21)दस(cid:23)बर र र र 2018201820182018 deduction of the amount of revised pension (with commutation), remaining amount shall be admissible as pay. "
3. Insertion of a proviso in sub rule-3 of rule-4 of the Bihar Technical Service
Commission Rules, 2015 I— In the said Rules, the following proviso shall be inserted after proviso in sub rule-(3) of rule 4 :-
" Provided also that, in condition of pay revision, the pay- revision of retired officer appointed as Member in the Commission shall be executed like working officers of State, on the basis of basic pay obtained on the date of retirement and after deduction of the amount of revised pension (with commutation), remaining amount shall be admissible as pay."
