एस॰ ओ॰ 279 दिनांक 31 दिसम्बर 2018—बिहार माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 12) की धारा 11 की उप धारा (1) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, बिहार राज्यपाल, परिषद् की सिफारिशों के आधार पर, एतद्द्वारा, वाणिज्य-कर विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या 2/2017-राज्य कर (दर), दिनांक 29 जून, 2017, जिसे बिहार गजट असाधारण अंक संख्या-545, दिनांक 29 जून, 2017 द्वारा प्रकाशित किया गया था, में और आगे भी निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, यथा :-

एस॰ ओ॰ 279 दिनांक 31 दिसम्बर 2018 का अंगे्रजी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अधीन अंगे्रजी भाषा में उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जाय।

Notification no. 25/2018- State Tax (Rate)
S.O.279, Dated 31st December 2018—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- sections (1) of section 11 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Governor of Bihar, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification No.2/2017 – State Tax (Rate), dated the 29th June, 2017 of Commercial Taxes Department, published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number. 545, dated the 29th June, 2017, namely:-
3 ॢबह(cid:4)र गजट (cid:10)[स(cid:4)ध(cid:4)रण(cid:15)(cid:16) 31 (cid:22)दस(cid:24)बर 2018In the said notification, -
1. In the schedule,
i) for S. No. 43A and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and
| "43A | 0710 | Vegetables (uncooked or cooked by steaming or boiling in water), frozen |
| 43B | 0711 | Vegetables provisionally preserved (for example, by sulphur dioxide gas, in brine, in sulphur water or in other preservative solutions), but unsuitable in that state for immediate consumption"; |
ii) after S. No. 121 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and
| "121A | 4904 00 00 | Music, printed or in manuscript, whether or not bound or illustrated"; |
iii) after S. No. 152 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and
| "153 | Any chapter | Supply of gift items received by the President, Prime Minister, Governor or Chief Minister of any State/ Union Territory, or any public servant, by way of public auction by the government, where auction proceeds are used for public or charitable cause". |
