(2017 का 12) की परिषद् की सिफारिशों पर, वाणिज्य-कर धारा 148 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते (cid:7263)ए , जिसे बिहार गजट असाधारण अंक संख्या- विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या एस॰ओ॰ 233, दिनांक 10 सितम्बर 2018, जिसे बिहार गजट असाधारण अंक संख्या- विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या एस॰ओ॰ 835, दिनांक 10 सितम्बर, 2018 द्वारा प्रकाशित किया गया था,

3 जनवरी 2019 का अंगे्रजी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार-राज्यपाल

राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से ात किया जाता है जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अधीन अंगे्रजी भाषा में इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अधीन अंगे्रजी भाषा में ात किया जाता है जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अधीन अंगे्रजी भाषा में उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जाय।

2018, namely:–

In the said notification, in paragraph 2, in the second proviso, for the words, figures and letters "July, 2017 to September, 2018"and "31st day of December, 2018", the words, figures and letters "July, 2017 to December, 2018" and "31stday of March, 2019"shall respectively be substituted.

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from 31st December, 2018.
