सं॰ 5/स0-भू आवंटन (बियाडा)-10/2018-512—बिहार औद्योगिक निवेश प्रोत्साहन अधिनियम, 2016 की धारा-14 सह-पठित बिहार औद्योगिक निवेश प्रोत्साहन नीति, 2016 के खंड-5.2.
2 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्ति का प्रयोेग करते हुए बिहार सरकार एतदद्वारा यह अधिसूचित करती है कि बिहार औद्योगिक निवेश प्रोत्साहन अधिनियम, 2016 की धारा-2 (ज) के अधीन परिभाषित सभी उद्योग बियाडा के नियंत्रणाधीन औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों में भूमि आवंटन के पात्र होगें। इस श्रेणी में आने वाले सभी उद्योगों को चाहे उनके निवेश का आकार कुछ भी हो, बियाडा द्वारा भूमि आवंटित की जा सकेगी। 2 ॢबह(cid:4)र गजट (cid:10)[स(cid:4)ध(cid:4)रण(cid:15)(cid:16) 23232323 जनवर(cid:15)जनवर(cid:15)जनवर(cid:15)जनवर(cid:15) 2020202019191919 The 22nd January 2019 No.-5/स0-भू आवंटन (बियाडा)-10/2018-512—In exercise of the powers conferred under section 14 of the Bihar Industrial Investment Promotion Act, 2016 read with Clause 5.2.2 of the Bihar Industrial Investment Promotion Policy, 2016 the Government of Bihar hereby notifies that all the Industries defined under section 2(h) of the Bihar Industrial Investment Promotion Act, 2016 shall be eligible for allotment of lands in the Industrial Areas under control of the BIADA. All such Industries falling in this category, whatever their Investment size, may be allotted land by BIADA.
This Notification shall come into effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
