''भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 174(2) के उपखण्ड (क) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए मैं, लाल जी टंडन, बिहार का राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा दिनांक 30 नवम्बर, 2018 को सदन की बैठक की समाप्ति के पश्चात् बिहार विधान सभा का सत्रावसान करता हूँ। पटना, दिनांक 21 दिसम्बर, 2018

"In exercise of the powers under sub Clause (a) of Clause (2) of Article 174 of the Constitution of India, I, Lal Ji Tandon, Governor of Bihar, hereby prorogue the Bihar Legislative Assembly after Completion of the business of the house on 30th November, 2018.
