सं॰ 6/नि॰/प्रति नि॰-1-001/2009-586—भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल बिहार वित्त सेवा नियमावली, 1953 (समय-समय पर यथा संधोधित) का संषोधन करने हेतु निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैं :-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार एवं प्रारंभ ।-(1) यह ''बिहार वित्त सेवा (संषोधन) नियमावली, 2019'' कही जा सकेगी।
(2) इसका विस्तार सम्पूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा। (3) यह तुरंत प्रवृत्त होगी।
2. उक्त नियमावली, 1953 के नियम-33 का प्रतिस्थापन। - उक्त नियमावली, 1953 का नियम-33 निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा। ''33- लेखा परीक्षा।-विभागीय परीक्षा के विषय, पाठ्यक्रम एवं प्रक्रिया का निर्धारण केन्द्रीय परीक्षा समिति, राजस्व पर्षद, बिहार द्वारा किया जायेगा।'' 3. उक्त नियमावली, 1953 के नियम-34 का प्रतिस्थापन। -
उक्त नियमावली, 1953 के नियम-34, निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा। ''34- प्रषिक्षण। - प्रषिक्षण की अवधि साधारणतः चालीस सप्ताह की होगी तथा प्रषिक्षण कार्यक्रम सरकार द्वारा अनुमोदित किये जायेंगे।'' 4. उक्त नियमावली, 1953 के नियम-35 का प्रतिस्थापन। -
4 (चार) सप्ताह की होगी'' 2 ॢबह(cid:4)र गजट (cid:10)[स(cid:4)ध(cid:4)रण(cid:15)(cid:16) 26 फरवर(cid:15) 2019 20 फरवरी 2019 सं॰ 6/नि॰/प्रति नि॰-1-001/2009-586 का अंग्रेजी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाषित किया जाता है, जो भारत संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खंड (3) के अधीन अंगे्रजी भाषा में उसका प्राधि—त पाठ समझा जायेगा।

No 6/Ni/Prati/ni-1-001/2009-586—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Bihar makes the following Rules to amend The Bihar Finance Service Rules, 1953 (as amended from time to time) :—
1. Short title, extent and commencement–(1) These Rules may be called the Bihar Finance Service (Amendment) Rules, 2019
(2) It shall extend to the whole State of Bihar. (3) It shall come into force at once.
2. Substitution of Rule-33 of the said Rules, 1953—
Rule-33 of said Rules, 1953 shall be substituted by the
following:–
"33- Accounts Examination- Subject, syllabus and procedures of The Departmental Examination will be determined by the Central Examination Committee, Board of Revenue."
3. Substitution of Rule-34 of the said Rules, 1953-
Rule-34 of said Rules, 1953 shall be substituted by the
following:–
"34- Training - The period of training shall ordinarily be of forty weeks and a programme of training shall be approved by the Government." 4. Rule-35 of said Rules, 1953 shall be substituted by the following:– "35- Training in the Treasury – Period of Training in treasury will be of 4 (Four) weeks continuously."
