((((स(cid:27)(cid:24) पटन(cid:4) 3(cid:24)2) ) ) ) पटन(cid:4)(cid:31) व५ह"प०तव(cid:4)र(cid:31) 22228888 फरवर(cid:15)फरवर(cid:15)फरवर(cid:15)फरवर(cid:15) 2012012012019999 राजस्व एवं भूमि सुधार विभाग ——— अधिसूचना 27 फरवरी 2019 बिहार राजस्व सेवा (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2019 सं॰ 3/स्था0 नियमावली (बि0रा0से0)-02/2019-73(3)/रा॰—भारत-संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार राज्यपाल ''बिहार राजस्व सेवा नियमावली, 2010 (समय-समय पर यथा संशोधित)'' में संशोधन करने हेतु निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैं -
1. संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार एवं प्रारंभ ।-
(i) यह नियमावली ''बिहार राजस्व सेवा (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2019'' कही जा सकेगी ; (ii) यह सम्पूर्ण बिहार राज्य में लागू होगी ; (iii) यह तुरंत प्रवृत्त होगी।
2. बिहार राजस्व सेवा नियमावली, 2010 के नियम-2 के उप नियम (ज) का संशोधन ।- उक्त नियमावली के नियम-2 में उप नियम (ज) को निम्न द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता है :-
''(ज)''नियुक्ति प्राधिकार'' से अभिप्रेत है ''बिहार के राज्यपाल'' ; 3. बिहार राजस्व सेवा नियमावली, 2010 के नियम-3 के उप नियम (ग) के संख्यांकन में संशोधन। - उक्त नियमावली के नियम-3 के उप नियम (ग) ''(संशोधन नियमावली, 2010 द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित)'' के बाद के (ग) ''(संशोधन नियमावली, 2015 द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित)'' को (घ) पढ़ा जायेगा।
4. बिहार राजस्व सेवा नियमावली, 2010 के नियम-3 (क) (अनुसूची-1 सहित) का संशोधन।- उक्त नियमावली के नियम-3 (क) (अनुसूची-1 सहित) को निम्न रूप में संशोधित किया जाता है :-

(क) सभी स्तर के पदों के अधीन विशिष्ट पदनामों को उक्त स्तर में समेकित किया गया है। (ख) शोध पदाधिकारी, चकबंदी एवं अपर अनुमण्डल पदाधिकारी, भू-हदबंदी के कुल 04 (चार) पदों को प्रत्यर्पित किया गया है।
(ग) दिनांक 01.04.2019 से विशेष भू-अर्जन निदेशालय, जल संसाधन विभाग के भू-अर्जन निदेशालय, राजस्व एवं भूमि सुधार विभाग में प्रस्तावित विलय के फलस्वरूप विशेष भू-अर्जन पदाधिकारी, जल संसाधन विभाग के लिए सृजित 10 (दस) पदों को अपर जिला भू-अर्जन पदाधिकारी {पूर्व स्वीकृत पद 14 (चौदह)} के रूप में पुर्ननामित किया गया है। इस प्रकार अपर जिला भू-अर्जन पदाधिकारी के पदों की संख्या 24 (चौबीस) होगा।

Niyamawali (B.R.S.)- 02/2019-73(3)/Ra—In the exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article, 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following Rules to make amendments in the Bihar Revenue Service Rules, 2010 (As Amended from time to time) :- 1. Short title, extent and commencement.—
(i) These Rules may be called the Bihar Revenue Service (Amendment) Rules, 2019,
(ii) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar. (iii) It shall come into force at once.

Amendment in the numbering of Sub Rule (c) of Rule-3.- After Sub Rule (c) of Rule-3 (substituted by Amendment Rules, 2010) Sub Rule (c) of Rule-3 (substituted by Amendment Rules, 2015) shall be read as (d). 4. Amendment in Rule 3 (a) (including Schedule -1) of the Bihar Revenue Service Rules, 2010. - Aforesaid Rule 3 (a) (including Schedule-1) shall be amended as follows :-

After proposed merger of Special Land Acquisition Directorate, Water Resource Department with Land Acquisition Directorate, Revenue and Land Reforms Department with effect from 01.04.2019, 10 (Ten) sanctioned posts of Additional Land Acquisition Officer, Water Resource Department has been re-nominated as Additional District Land Acquisition Officer {Earlier the sanctioned posts was 14 (Fourteen)} . Thus, number of posts of Additional Land Acquisition Officer shall be 24 (Twenty Four).
