laŒ कारा/स्था0 (अरा0) 01-02/2019-1776 — भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल ''बिहार कारा 'परिधापक' संवर्ग नियमावली, 2010'' में संशोधन करने के लिये निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैंः-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार एवं प्रारंभ।- (1) यह नियमावली ''बिहार कारा 'परिधापक' संवर्ग (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2019'' कही जा सकेगी।
(2) इसका विस्तार संपूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा। (3) यह तुरंत के प्रभाव से प्रवृत्त होगी।
2. बिहार कारा 'परिधापक' संवर्ग नियमावली, 2010 के नियम 9 के उपनियम (2) का प्रतिस्थापन।- उक्त नियमावली 2010 के नियम 9 के उपनियम (2) निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा :-
'' (2) सेवा में सम्पुष्टि के लिए, परिवीक्षा अवधि में सेवा संतोषजनक होना आवश्यक होगा।''

No.- कारा/स्था0(अरा0)-01-02/19-1776—In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to Article 309 of the Indian Constitution the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following Rules to amend the "Bihar jails 'Dresser' cadre Rules, 2010" :-
1. Short title, extent and commencement. – (1) These Rules may be called "Bihar jail Dresser Cadre (Amendment) Rules, 2019".
2 ॢबह(cid:4)र गजट (cid:10)[स(cid:4)ध(cid:4)रण(cid:15)(cid:16) 28 फरवर(cid:15) 20192. Substitution of subrule (2) of rule-9 of The Bihar jail 'Dresser' Cadre Rules,
2010. Subrule (2) of Rule 9 will be substituted by the following :-
"(2) For confirmation in the service satisfactory service will be essential in the probation period."
