सं0 IV/एम1-1-22/2018-757575759999—रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिनियम, 1908 की धारा 78 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल ''मुख्यमंत्री वास स्थल क्रय सहायता योजना'' के अधीन न्यूनतम मूल्यांकन पंजी (MVR) के अनुसार, रू. 60,000/- (साठ हजार रूपये) तक का आवासीय भू-खंड क्रय से संबंधी दस्तावेज पर प्रभार्य रजिस्ट्रीकरण फीस के रूप में रू. 50/- (पचास रूपए) मात्र अवधारित करते हैं।
2. प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना-ग्रामीण की प्रतीक्षा सूची में शामिल अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति एवं अति पिछड़ा वर्ग में से जिन सदस्यों के लिए उक्त योजना के अंतर्गत सहायता प्रदान की जानी है, उन्हें दस्तावेजों के निबंधन में छूट प्रदान करने संबंधी प्राधिकार-पत्र समार्हाा या समार्हाा द्वारा प्राधिकृत पदाधिकारी के स्तर से संबंधित निबंधन पदाधिकारी को निर्गत किया जायेगा। 2 ॢबह(cid:4)र गजट (cid:10)[स(cid:4)ध(cid:4)रण(cid:15)(cid:16) 6 माच(cid:23) 2019 28 फरवरी 2019 सं0 IV/एम1-1-22/2018-757575759999—उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना का निम्नलिखित अंग्रेजी अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाषित किया जाता है जिसे भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खंड (3) के अधीन उक्त राज्यादेष का अंग्रेजी भाषा में प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जाएगा।

No.- IV/M1-1-22/2018-759— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section-78 of the Registration Act, 1908 the Governor of Bihar is pleased to determine Rs. 50/- (Rupees fifty) only as the registration fee payable on the document related to purchase of residential plot of land amount upto Rs. 60,000 (Rupees Sixty thousands) according to MVR under the "MUKHYAMANTRI VAS STHAL KRAY SAHYATA YOJNA".
2. People of SC, ST & EBC community mentioned in the waiting list of "PRADHAN MANTRI AWAS YOJNA-GRAMIN", who will get help under the said scheme shall be issued an authority letter for exemption in the registration of the document by the Collector or Officer authorized by the Collector to the related registrar.
3. Before issuing authority letter to the beneficial under the said scheme, an affidavit shall be obtained that they have not obtained benefit, earlier, of the "MUKHYAMANTRI VAS STHAL KRAY SAHYATA YOJNA" .
4. It will come into force from the date of issuance of the notification.
