सं॰ 05/न0वि0-निर्वाचन-04/2019-3836383638363836/न0वि0आ0वि0—बिहार नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 2007 की धारा 419 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल बिहार नगरपालिका निर्वाचन नियमावली 2007 में संशोधन करने हेतु निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैंः-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार और प्रारम्भ-(1) यह नियमावली बिहार नगरपालिका निर्वाचन (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2019 कही जा सकेगी।
(2) इसका विस्तार संपूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा। (3) यह राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होगी। 2. बिहार नगरपालिका निर्वाचन नियमावली, 2007 के नियम 100 का उप नियम (2) के खण्ड (1), (2), (3) एवं (4) निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किए जायेंगे।-
''(1) नगर पंचायत के किसी वार्ड के मामले में बीस हजार रूपये; (2) नगर परिषद् के किसी वार्ड के मामले में चालीस हजार रूपये; (3) नगर निगम के किसी वार्ड के मामले में जिसकी आबादी 4,000-10,000 हो, साठ हजार रूपये; (4) नगर निगम के किसी वार्ड के मामले में जिसकी आबादी 10,001-20,000 हो, अस्सी हजार रूपये।'' बिहार-राज्यपाल के आदेश से, चैतन्य प्रसाद, सरकार के प्रधान सचिव।

सं॰ 05/न0वि0-निर्वाचन-04/2019-3837383738373837/न0वि0एवंआ0वि0 बिहार नगरपालिका निर्वाचन (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2019 का अंग्रेजी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद् द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है, जो भारत संविधान के अनुछेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अधीन अंग्रेजी भाषा में उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जाएगा। 2 ॢबह(cid:4)र गजट (cid:10)[स(cid:4)ध(cid:4)रण(cid:15)(cid:16) 25252525 जुलाईजुलाईजुलाईजुलाई 2019201920192019 The 23th July 2019 No.-05/न0वि0-निर्वाचन-04/2019-3836383638363836—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 419 of the Bihar Municipal Act, 2007 the Governor of Bihar make the following Rules to amend the Bihar Municipal Election Rules, 2007 :-
1. Short title, extent and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Bihar Municipal Election (Amendment) Rules, 2019.
(2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar. (3) It shall come in force from the date of its publication in the official gazette. 2. Clause (1), (2), (3) and (4) of Sub-rule (2) of rule 100 of the Bihar Municipal Election Rules, 2007 shall be substituted by the following :-
"(1) Twenty thousand Rupees in case of any ward in the Nagar Panchayat; (2) Fourty thousand Rupees in case of any ward in the Nagar Parishad; (3) Sixty thousand Rupees in case of any ward in the Municipal Corporation, whose population is 4,000-10,000 ;
(4) Eighty thousand Rupess in case of any ward in the Municipal Corporation, whose population is 10,001-20,000."
