सं0 IV/एम¹-1-20/2018-2857—रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिनियम, 1908 (निबंधन एवं अन्य सम्बंधित विधि (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2001 द्वारा यथा संशोधित) की धारा-69 की उप धारा (1) खण्ड (क) एवं (क क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए निबंधन महानिरीक्षक, बिहार सरकार के अनुमोदन से, निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते है :- 1. संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार और प्रारंभः-(1) यह नियमावली बिहार रजिस्ट्रीकरण (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2019 कहलाएगी।

(2) इसका विस्तार संपूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा। (3) यह अधिसूचना निर्गत की तिथि के प्रभाव से प्रवृत होगा।

2. बिहार रजिस्ट्रीकरण नियमावली, 2008 के नियम-19 के उप नियम (XVi) के प्रथम परंतुक के बाद निम्नलिखित एक नया परंतुक जोड़ा जाएगाः -

'' परन्तु यह और कि दिनांक-30.08.2018 को अधिसूचित बिहार रजिस्ट्रीकरण (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2018 के प्रभावी होने केे पूर्व जिन बहुमंजिली इमारतों/अपार्टमेंटों के कम से कम एक इकाई/फ्लैट का निबंधन हो चुका हो, उनके अन्य इकाईयों/फ्लैटों के निबंधन पर इसका प्रभाव नहीं पड़ेगा। ''

NO.-IV/M¹- 1-20/2018-2857—In exercise of the power conferred by clause (a) and (aa) of sub Section (1) of Section 69 of the Registration Act, 1908 (as amended by Registration and other related laws (amendment) Act, 2001 the Inspector General of Registration with the approval of the Government of Bihar makes following Rules: - 1. Short title, extent and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Bihar Registration (Amendment) Rules, 2019.

(2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar. (3) It shall come into force with effect from the date of issue of notification. 2. The following new proviso shall be added after fist proviso to sub-rule (xvi) of Rule-19 of the Bihar Registration Rules, 2008: -

"Provided further that it will not affect the registration of units/flats of those multi-storied buildings/apartments of which at least one unit/flat has been registered before the Bihar Registration (Amendment) Rules, 2018 notified on 30.08.2018 came into force."
