सं0 11/नई उत्पाद नीति-01-03/2015-2639—बिहार छोआ (नियंत्रण) अधिनियम 1947, (बिहार अधिनियम-vi, 1947) की धारा 13 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल बिहार छोआ (नियंत्रण) नियमावली, 1955 में निम्नलिखित संषोधन करते हैंः-
बिहार छोआ (नियंत्रण) नियमावली, 1955 के नियम-3 के उप नियम (एफ1) को निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगाः-
"3(F-1)-(i) बिहार राज्य में स्थापित सभी चीनी मिलों से छोआ के सम्पूर्ण उत्पादित मात्रा की सूचना प्रपत्र एम0एफ0-3 में प्राप्त होने पर छोआ नियंत्रक छोआ के कुल उत्पादन एवं इथनॉल उत्पादन हेतु आवश्यक छोआ की गणना करेगें। अतिरिक्त छोआ होने के स्थिति में अगले सत्र हेतु कम से कम एक माह के खपत के बराबर छोआ सुरक्षित रखते हुए छोआ नियंत्रक अधिशेष छोआ का निर्यात की अनुमति दे सकेंगे। 2 ॢबह(cid:4)र गजट (cid:10)[स(cid:4)ध(cid:4)रण(cid:15)(cid:16) 20202020 अगःतअगःतअगःतअगःत 2019201920192019 14 अगस्त 2019 सं0 11/नई उत्पाद नीति-01-03/2015-2639 उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना का निम्नलिखित अंग्रेजी अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाषित किया जाता है जिसे भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अधीन उक्त राज्यादेष का अंग्रेजी भाषा में प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जाय।

No. 11/New Excise Policy-01-03/2015-2639—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 13 of The Bihar Molasses (Control) Act, 1947 (Bihar Act-vi of 1947) the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendment in The Bihar Molasses (Control) Rules, 1955.
In the Bihar Molasses (Control) Rules, 1955, sub rule (F1) of Rule-3 shall be substituted by the following:—
"3(F1)(i) -After receipt of report in form MF 3 from all the Sugar Factories situated in the State of Bihar, the Controller of Molasses will calculate the total production of Molasses and requirement of molasses to produce Ethanol. In case of surplus molasses, the molasses controller after keeping in reserve at least equal to one month's consumption of molasses for the next year, may permit the export of excess molasses."
(ii) The molasses shall be exported through GPS enabled, digitally locked vehicles.
(iii) The export of Molasses out of the state shall be chargeable by Rs.10/-(Ten) per quintal export fee excluding GST."
