laŒ çŒ&7@fu;e&01@2017&7435(S)—भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद-166 (3) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल राज्य SBD (Standard Bidding Document) का Contract Clause-25 को निम्नलिखित द्वारा राजपत्र में उसके प्रकाशन की तिथि के प्रभाव से प्रतिस्थापित करते है :-
"Contract Clause-25 Settlement of Disputes and Arbitration- 2 ॢबह(cid:4)र गजट (cid:10)[स(cid:4)ध(cid:4)रण(cid:15)(cid:16) 3333 िसत(cid:27)बिसत(cid:27)बिसत(cid:27)बिसत(cid:27)बरररर 2019201920192019 The 14th August 2019 laŒ çŒ&7@fu;e&01@2017&7435(S)—In exercise of the powers conferred under Article 166 (3) of the constitution of India, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to Substitute Contract Clause-25 of State SBD (Standard Bidding Document) by the following with effect from the date of its publication in the official gazette :-
"Contract Clause-25 Settlement of Disputes and Arbitration-
The Settlement of Disputes and Arbitration shall be done in accordance with the Provisions made in Bihar Public Works Contracts Disputes Arbitration Tribunal Act, 2008."
