सं॰-एम-4-07/2018-7630/वि॰—भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 283(2) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल बिहार वित्त नियमावली, 1950 (समय-समय पर यथा संशोधित) का संशोधन करने हेतु निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैं :-

1. संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार और प्रारंभसंक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार और प्रारंभसंक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार और प्रारंभसंक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार और प्रारंभ ।।।।----

(1) यह नियमावली बिहार वित्त (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2019 कही जा सकेगी । (2) इसका विस्तार संपूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा । (3) यह तुरंत प्रवृत होगी ।2. GeM Portal पर उपलब्ध सामग्रियों एवं सेवाओं की अधिप्राप्ति हेतु बिहार वित्त नियमावली, 1950 के नियम-30 के उप नियम (xx)(क) के प्रावधान में प्रयुक्त अंक एवं शब्द ''````50,000/- तक'' को ''````25,000/- तक'' के द्वारा एवं नियम-30 के उप नियम (xx)(ख) के प्रावधान में प्रयुक्त अंक एवं शब्द ''````50,000/- से अधिक एवं ````30,00,000/- तक'' को ''````25,000/- से अधिक एवं ````5,00,000/- तक'' के द्वारा तथा नियम-30 के उप नियम (xx)(ग) के प्रावधान में प्रयुक्त अंक एवं शब्द ''````30,00,000/- से अधिक'' को ''````5,00,000/- से अधिक'' के द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता है, परन्तु मोटर गाड़ियो के क्रय के मामलें में नियम-30 के उप नियम (xx)(ख) एवं (ग) में प्रावधानित क्रय की सीमा पूर्व की भांति ````30,00,000/- यथावत रहेगी । बिहार-बिहार-बिहार-बिहार-राज्यपाल के आदेश से,राज्यपाल के आदेश से,राज्यपाल के आदेश से,राज्यपाल के आदेश से, रररराहुाहुाहुाहुलललल सिंहसिंहसिंहसिंह,,,, सचिवसचिवसचिवसचिव (व्यय)(व्यय)(व्यय)(व्यय) A 2 ॢबह(cid:4)र गजट (cid:10)[स(cid:4)ध(cid:4)रण(cid:15)(cid:16) 18 (cid:6)सत(cid:9)बर 2019

No.-M-4-07/2018-7630./F.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Article 283(2) of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following Rules to amend the Bihar Financial Rules, 1950 (as amended from time to time):-

1. Short title, extent and commencement.—

(1) These Rules may be called The Bihar Financial (Amendment) Rules, 2019. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar. (3) It shall come into force at once.

2. For the Procurement of Goods/Services through the GeM Portal, the figures & words "up to ````50,000/- " used in Subrule (xx)(a) of Rule-30 of Bihar Financial Rule, 1950 shall be substituted by "up to ````25,000/- " and the figures & words "Above ````50,000/- and up to ````30,00,000/-" used in Subrule (xx)(b) of Rule-30 shall be substituted by "Above ````25,000/- and up to ````5,00,000/-" and the figures & words "Above ````30,00,000/- " used in Subrule (xx)(c) of Rule-30 shall be substituted by "Above ````5,00,000/- ", Provided that, in Procurement of Automobiles under Subrule (xx)(b) & (c) of Rule-30, the current limit of ````30,00,000/- will continue.
