,lŒ vksŒ 388] fnukad 14 vDrwcj 2019—(cid:466)बहार माल और र्सेा कर अ(cid:876)ध(cid:467)नयम, 2017 (2017 का 12) (नसिे इसम(cid:581) इसके प(cid:230)चात ् उ(cid:200)त अ(cid:876)ध(cid:467)नयम कहा गया है) क(cid:551) धारा 148 (cid:622र्)ारा (cid:292)द(cid:419) न(cid:200)तय(cid:585) का (cid:292)योग करते हुए, (cid:466)बहार रा(cid:207)यपाल, प(cid:464)रष(cid:622) क(cid:551) (cid:871)सा(cid:464)र(cid:585) पर, उन रन(िcid:232)(cid:282)(cid:547)कृ त (cid:229)यन(cid:200)तय(cid:585) को, ननिका (cid:873)कसी (cid:874र्)(cid:419)ीय र्ष(cid:91) म(cid:581) संक(cid:871)लत र्आत(cid:91) दो करो (cid:509)पए से अ(cid:876)धक नह(cid:547)ं है और न(िcid:219)ह(cid:585)ने (cid:466)बहार माल और र्सेा कर (cid:467)नयर्माल(cid:547), 2017 (नसिे इसम(cid:581) इसके प(cid:230)चात ् उ(cid:200)त (cid:467)नयर्माल(cid:547) कहा गया है) के (cid:467)नयम 80 के उप (cid:467)नयम (1) के सा प(cid:465)ठत उ(cid:200)त अ(cid:876)ध(cid:467)नयम क(cid:551) धारा 44 क(cid:551) उपधारा (1) के अधीन देय तार(cid:547)ख के पहलेर् ा(cid:874)ष(cid:91)क (cid:874र्र्)रणी नह(cid:547)ं द(cid:547) है, ऐसे रन(िcid:232)(cid:282)(cid:547)कृ त (cid:229)यन(cid:200)तय(cid:585) के र् ग(cid:91) के (cid:510)प म(cid:581) अ(cid:876)धसू(cid:876)चत करते ह(cid:583), ोि (cid:874र्)(cid:419)ीयर् ष(cid:91) 2017-18 और 2018-19 के संबंध म(cid:581) ऐसी (cid:874र्)ेष (cid:292)(cid:873)(cid:272)या का अनुसरण कर(cid:581)गे (cid:873)क उ(cid:200)त (cid:229)यन(cid:200)तय(cid:585) को उ(cid:200)त (cid:467)नयर्माल(cid:547) के (cid:467)नयम 80 के उप(cid:467)नयम (1) के सा प(cid:465)ठत उ(cid:200)त अ(cid:876)ध(cid:467)नयम क(cid:551) धारा 44 क(cid:551) उपधारा (1) के अधीनर् ा(cid:874)ष(cid:91)क (cid:874र्र्)रणी देने का (cid:874र्)क(cid:227)प होगा :
परंतु उ(cid:200)त (cid:874र्र्)रणी को, य(cid:465)द देय तार(cid:547)ख के पहले नह(cid:547)ं द(cid:547) गई है, देय तार(cid:547)ख पर द(cid:547) गई समझा ािएगा ।
2. यह अ(cid:876)धसूचना (cid:465)दनांक 9 अ(cid:200)टू बर, 2019 के (cid:292)र्भा से (cid:292र्)ृ(cid:215)त होगी । 2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 14 अ(cid:200)तूबर 2019 14 vDrwcj 2019 ,lŒ vksŒ 388] fnukad 14 vDrwcj 2019 का अंगे्रजी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अधीन अंगे्रजी भाषा में उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जाय।

S.O. 388, Dated 14th October 2019— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Governor of Bihar, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby notifies those registered persons whose aggregate turnover in a financial year does not exceed two crore rupees and who have not furnished the annual return under sub-section (1) of section 44 of the said Act read with sub-rule (1) of rule 80 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules) before the due date, as the class of registered persons who shall, in respect of financial years 2017-18 and 2018-19, follow the special procedure such that the said persons shall have the option to furnish the annual return under sub-section (1) of section 44 of the said Act read with sub-rule (1) of rule 80 of the said rules:
Provided that the said return shall be deemed to be furnished on the due date if it has not been furnished before the due date.
2. This notification shall come into force with effect from 9th October, 2019.
