सं॰ 7/स्था0-04-05/2019-10334/सा0प्र0—भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अधिनियम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 32 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल अधिनियम के अधीन सभी दंडनीय अपराधों अथवा अधिनियम से संगत अधिनियम के प्रस्तुतीपूर्व षड्यंत्र, या प्रयास या दुष्प्रेरण कारित करने से संबंधित किसी अपराध के विचारण के लिए अनुमंडलीय न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट के न्यायालय को एतद् द्वारा सशक्त करते हैं। 2. भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अधिनियम, 2016 के अधीन नए विनियम जारी होने तक भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अधिनियम, 1986 के उपबंधों के अधीन बनाए गए विनियम और किये गए आदेश प्रभावी रहेंगे।
3. यह राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत होगी।

No.-7/Astha.04-05/2019-10335 /G.A.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32 of Bureau of Indian Standard Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Governor of Bihar hereby empowers the Court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate for trial of all punishable offences or conspiracy or attempt or abetting of committing any offence relating to under the Act or the preview of Act in counsistent with the Act.
2. The new regulations are issued under the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016, the regulations and orders made under the provisions of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 1986 shall have continued effect.
3. This shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official gazette. By the order the Governor of Bihar, SHIV MAHADEV PRASAD, Under Secretary to Goverment.
